Funny enough, it’s clearly the most versatile.
None of the bonuses actually forces you to play a certain way.
It’s boring but effective.
Yep if you like pve and pvp it’s the clear choice. Only pvpers would have the ego to try and win a vote against pve which has a way larger pop lol.

Im glad that its easier for prot its almost universally agreed that our only decent tier set was s1 and the other two are dumpster trash
S3 aint that bad but Prot has other tanks voting S1 for the vers buff.
S3 seems decent on paper but the high ampunt of forced movement causes you to lose the empowered effect which makes it annoying to try to play around
