That’s a very sweaty and elitist mentality. And a severe over-reading into that simplistic loot system. Which is only one of the loot systems blizzard has implemented in-game. And there are more to choose from outside of game. GDKP was only one. All your railing against MS>OS makes it sound as if you’ve forgotten there are more than 2 systems to distribute loot.

Based on the feedback given in the interview today and the fact that this post has over 1k comments and over 10k views I think it is safe to say they’ve committed to the strawman argument and don’t value the legitimate GDKP player feedback. This thread is done and I’m signing out of the forums.

I have no idea where on earth you got this reading of what I’ve posted. It’s as if you aren’t actually paying attention. It’s like you’re too wrapped up in your self-righteous desire to be validated in your tantrum about GDKPs being banned.

Even though the easiest answer is for you to get a small group of regulars together (say a guild), then continuing to run them within your localized ecosystem. You just won’t be able to advertise to pugs.

Blizzard were are talking about and I have said in my previous post, a couple of higher ups would rather invest into something that makes them money then invest into a team that crack downs on gold buying and doesn’t make them money. The only option here is to axe GDKPs.

How does banning GDKP make them money?

Nah I have seen you try to speak for everyone else and that everyone will quit because GDKPs are the be all end all loot system that the community has used when in reality the game throughout it life has survived a couple of times without GDKP.
