"If you don't like it, don't use it"

This is why its no where near the same.

LFR is a story mode

No, because Zip believes that twitter is antithetical to the natural developing social experiences people have in real life. Although the fact that millions of people use twitter forces her to use twitter to. She is stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Okay when you’re simping for Twitter, you have to know you’ve gone too far.

People can ague their opinions all day. Look at most polls more people will not play if lfd is not in then those that will if it is.

Oh Im not simping for twitter, I totally have sympathy for the fact that your social experiences in real life are impacted by social medias presence.

But it should be at some point?

So you were being facetious? What you said was basically true about Twitter.

Many researchers believe that social media is heavily impacting social interaction.

He was just directly answering a hypothetical I posed, after seeing someone else say something about LFR. I was asking, not to anyone in particular, whether we would see similar backlash if Blizz announced Cata classic and also announced it won’t have LFR.

He’s trying to manipulate you in a desperate attempt to hurt the gameplay experiences of others. Essentially, this druid player just wants to see the world burn.

I am completely personally unaffected whether they add the feature back or not, you might say I’m lucky to be of that mindset. I will play it either way and tbh I would not even complain about RDF being in.

However, Blizzard took it out, and if somebody asks me “do you think RDF is good for the game and thus should be reinstated”, my answer has to be honest. No, I don’t think it’s good for the game, and I have no real aching desire to campaign for its reinstatement.

It kills community.

If you want a queue system with a dead community retail is an option for you. Or any other game where you sit in a lobby

What really kills communities are level 10 forum trolls trying to gaslight everyone with their alts.

I mean, Id rather have a dead community with rdf as an option as opposed to the dead community we have in classic without it. Especially considering Wrath is when RDF was officially released. It should be in Wrath

TBCC is even more dead with even more dead servers, and dead community… and there is no LFD in TBCC.

The problem with looking at the past through rose colored glasses is that it often leads to people looking at the present the same way. And making vast misjudgements because of that.

It’s entirely possible prefer classic over retail without thinking vanilla or TBC were perfect games and without pretending there were no problems back in the day, and without thinking that there is nothing better in retail that would improve classic. Look at how many people in the #nochanges crowd can’t actually explain why something is actually good or bad and just have to say “authenticity”

Inb4 someone says, “but it wasn’t realized until the ICC systems patch”.

3.3.5 was the ICC systems patch and that is the systems patch version we are getting in WOTLK Classic. It was also technically released in 3.3.0 which is before the patch we’re getting.

Well they kind of have a point right, i mean they’re so desperate for a point they got the amount of days, hours and minutes of how long Wrath didnt have rdf as compared to when it did, like that even matters.

Edit - sarcasm

Oh my god that was hilarious

Not at all. Only Dragon Soul was set up for LFR in Cata, whereas every single dungeon in the game was available in LFD. DS was also so easy people pugged normal mode all the time despite the LFR version existing.

This. It’s the same dungeon with the same boss mechanics and drops the same loot.
