I’d like to think I’m prompting a discussion on a touchy issue.

If the WoW team has indeed reached the point where a feature like player housing can’t be made without sacrificing a raid tier, then it should be discussed and or explored by the wider community as an option going forwards.

I always envisioned a summon-able vehicle like Fiona’s Caravan, that you could setup anywhere. it would be like the Tardis, once inside a lot bigger that’s what it looks on the out. you could go anywhere from here with additions you could earn for it.
