The fun thing is that I was outside of the city without the flag, and the players turned into zombies could attack me and when I tried to stun then…
“You need to be flagged in PvP to perform this action.”
This event sucks so hard.

Just play a single player game at this point.
If you don’t want to be involved in the world and don’t want to react to live events happening in this world, quit playing a multiplayer online role playing game.
You want a bland world where you can just go from blue circle to blue circle and nothing changes in it.

When I was first force-flagged, I was confused & a guildie was helping me figure out why (he actually thought he WASN’T flagged because he didn’t realize it was on his portrait LOL); he actually came across some posts where players were having issues with the force-flag not behaving normally. I think I can safely say that Shaie’s doesn’t act normally because what you experience (and what I SHOULD and EXPECTED to experience) isn’t happening to her. Again though, she’s in IC now & not at all worried about some zombies eating the AH people’s faces off in SW. She’s after those sweet, sweet Argent thingies!
We play an RPG.

I finally talked all my real life facebook friends into playing wow…all 3600+ of them.
They all quit b/c of the event.
I have a low level toon it proves i’m telling the truth.

For the most part on my Realm I go about my business without any action from the Ghoul event. I walk around Stormwind without any issues and any other place. Its hardly been a game stopper. I seen the waves of chaos that have some when they been active and just have watched it and pretty much ignored it until it was over, then went back to what I was doing.
I been able to play on my max level toons just fine as well as my low level toons.

Sorry you’re having a hard time getting to your blue circle in the map. I’m sure that transmog would look great for your Barbie Dress-Up. You’ll be okay though, enjoy a limited time event happening while it is.

Have you seen any zombies in ICC? People have posted they’re out there but I myself didn’t see any last night. I was out there for about 2 hrs killing rares on an alt.

They phase out in Icecrown now.
I entered a Northrend Wormhole Generator at the same time as a zombie and it spawned on top of me then phased away.

Ok but like… then get on one of your 50s. Or just take a break for a few days. I’ve been playing without doing the zombie event except when I want to. I have alts I’ve been hiding away in corners in SW while they chain dungeon queue. I have mains watching from the skies and swooping down to buy bags for alts when I don’t want to kill zombies. It’s just … it’s just not that hard to avoid and therefore why does anyone need compensation for a minor irritation at best?

You’re not wrong. You are now not able to play the game you want to play and the one you paid for. Whether you stay or go you are playing someone else’s chosen game. That’s forced pvp.

Ah didn’t know they were phasing.
One simple fix to this would be an Argent healer at every portal and flight path for those who don’t want to be turned.

It’s not even trolling these people. I have had zero problems doing anything I want to do these last two days. Even with the flag in major cities. I’ve engaged when I wanted to and didn’t when I didn’t want to.

A simple solution is making the Argent Healers capable of buffing someone and make them immune to the disease and the damage from zombies. That way people can legitimately opt out if they aren’t interested.
