There are a ton of things you can do to resolve any issues. Dont post political stuff in chat. If some one is arguing in chat dont join in. If you want to trade something Put it in trade chat. Dont post stuff in chat thats not relative to the game. Dont make chuck norris jokes in chat. Generally, if you use chat for what its meant for its really unlikely a large group of people are going to right click and report you. This is some really common sense stuff, but if you do stuff that could be construed as drama, stuffs going to happen to you.
No research needed. Dont do stupid stuff and life will be good to you.

Ah , yes. Welcoming a tool that will allow players to make a meaningful impact on the typical stream of edgemaster crap that fills up public channels clearly equates to my not “playing well with others”. So much insight into my soul.

i am sorry but i disagree, nothing i have said is an attack on a person, it isn’t me inciting violence or doing anything stupid like that.
not a single thing there is reportable.
just because you don’t like political talk in game (and for the record, i agree, politics, religion, etc is crap and i don’t like to see it), doesn’t mean it should be reported. you can ignore that all you want, but the person in question hasn’t done anything wrong.

Mat, you don’t get it. There is no need for it to be “inciting violence” or an attack on a person. Blizard has made it clear that politics is a no-no, and as I mentioned earlier I got that straight from blizzard themselves. They view it as inciting and disruptive, and it very much is.
From my suspension inquiry response:
