Doesn’t anyone in GD have good memories with PvP? I feel like I’m in the minority for saying I enjoy PvP here lmao
Good news for my warrior. I was running fury but now I’m switching to arms! Good for me… Bad for the horde
Okay but wishing for wow PvP to be good is like wishing for the sky to be red.
Good memories doesn’t mean there’s not gross imbalance. It can be tons of fun, but it’s not balanced at all.
If you read enough forums posts, Ion apparently mains every spec in the game.
Use your head.
Well, this is what happens when you try to talk about PVP in a non-specific forum. Maybe try one of the pvp forums?
The sky can be red, just look up at night when theres a snowstorm and you’re near city lights
You are in the minority, especially now. I’m a 2400 experienced player, who loves PvP. And I refuse to PvP this expansion. It’s not fun. PvP players have always been in the minority.
I mean it’s also the general WoW forums, do people in GD just stay on the forums and not play the game or something? Most of people’s takes on even PvE is super misguided.
Everyone from the PvP community?
So you have spoken to each of them personally?
No?
So, this is an empty scenario for dramatic effect. And you still expect your concerns to be taken seriously by Blizzard.
Good luck!
Yes I have, the PvP community as a whole doesn’t appreciate your pointless dismissal of one of the worst buffs to go out since SL launch and I just got word from them that they also don’t care about your opinion on this topic either.
Yeah that’s what I said. General and non-specific is pretty much the same thing.
And there it is.
Then why were you expecting a difference response about pvp?
Oh well, just WOG someone to full, you will be fine
I think OP is afraid of a warrior bursting his bubble.
Most those games are garbage with throw away MOBA style design. 5 whole ability buttons what fun.
Having trouble isolating what was buffed that is causing this reaction.
We are talking about a legendary purely here?
Yea, the exploiter buff lets warriors get off 20k non crit MS on Tues patch, already tested by R1 warriors on PTR.
Gotcha, which currently sees zero use in PVE, so no surprise its been buffed.
Big issue with WoW honestly.
Its crazy how something can be looked at as so overpowered in PVP that a small buff to it means the sky is falling, but its not even enough to register it as viable in PVE.
I don’t get why after 15 years they don’t just balance the PvP/PvE changes separately, it would solve so many issues.
Likely because that would take twice as many resources and twice as much time, right?
Rated PVP, even though it is so enjoyed and celebrated, was likely the biggest mistake they ever made for the game.
Its clear even from the talk about it during the TBC announcement that they never expected it to need this much upkeep.
How do you figure? I think having multiple gameplay styles keeps the game from getting boring, if they had never done Rated PvP then I don’t think WoW would be as successful as it is today.
And that’s not me saying PvP is the only factor that made WoW successful, but to say it didn’t have a massive impact on the playerbase and general perception of the game is foolish imo.
