Sure no one knows for sure, no one can see the future.

But we can look at que times now, with xp-on combined with twinks, and use some common sense.

At 70-79 ques range from 10 min on the short side, on very active nights, to 30 min plus on slow nights or off times. Already, with combined ques, we have half an hour ques at times. And that is in one of the more populated brackets.

If you take the possible pool of players and cut them in half (and that is being optimistic realistically twinks aren’t even close to half of the low lvl bg population) of course que times will go up drastically. We’d be looking at 40 min ques on active times, and over hour long ques for off times or lesser populated brackets.

Less and less players would que up over time due to not wanting to sit in a que for 5x the time they actually play the game, and que times would go up and up. Before long it would look like bg ques on a private server, i.e. non-existent.

Or… More players would que up because there would be no twinks griefing them. Sure we still have to deal with class balance, but thats another issue.

This doesn’t take into account the people that aren’t queuing because of twinks.

I am one of them now. I’d be overjoyed to level through BGs without twinks, but until then it’s not worth queuing.
