I’m afraid that you will need to do that much sooner than I will. Everything we have said here is not our personal opinion, but Blizzard’s rules.
The larger point is if you don’t want to keep getting suspended for chat violations, then clean up your language to not violate the rules. It doesn’t matter if you, or I, or MVP’s, or guildmates, or other companies, or other people you know in real life think it’s offensive or not.
The ONLY opinion that matters is Blizzard’s. It’s their game and their rules. That’s the ONLY thing that matters.
You are literally insulting the player you just killed.
For the umpteenth time, it doesn’t matter if YOU think it’s offensive or not. It’s BLIZZARD’S rules. And what they may have overlooked before is not being overlooked now, because they are committed to stamping out toxicity in this game.
Quite frankly, big picture, they are going to stamp it out one way or another. If it means you finally learn from suspensions and alter your behavior, or your stubbornness will require you to find a new game.
this i agree with. just because it is the case doesnt mean people cant stand up to them in order for them to change the way they interact with their customers. a lot of how society is today is from people standing up to what others think is normal.
I see nothing productive is going to come of this - so I’m locking it.
There are over 20 reports here, between 9/6 and 9/14. Do every one of them have an actionable line - no. Do the vast majority, yes.
It only takes one - and the report coming up in the queue.
Nothing I say is apparently going to dissuade you from thinking as you do - but you are very incorrect. Trust me - we are far FAR too busy, especially at the moment, to go on any kind of fishing expeditions even if we had any desire to do so - which we do not.
