Yes. They are working to remove toxicity from the community. You may be ok with it, but the community at large, and Blizzard, is not.

Unfortunately, you’re just mistaken as to the purpose of this forum. There are no GMs on it. None.
Your only option is to wait on your ticket. You don’t have any other choice. Live Chat will not get you to the team that looks at appeals.
What you may also not know is that you are violating the forum Code of Conduct by posting about your account action.

I have no idea what you said. Only Blue posters are Blizzard staff and can see your logs. I can only go by what you said here on the forum, which is that the suspension was for language violations from a few days prior. Which makes sense given report investigations are not instant.
Again, the only way to appeal this is via ticket which you have put in. The queue is ridiculously long but you will just have to wait.

The section quoted isn’t blue because of how the forum software works. If you read the link associated with the quote, in the preview box above the quote, you’ll see the post is by Orlyia, one of the Blizzard Support Forum Agents. She can speak with authority on what this forum is for and how it works.

Well, you seem to think you will get access to supervisory staff, or that you can speed up a GM reviewing your ticket by posting here.
That is not the purpose of this forum. What will happen is that Blizzard will say the same thing we did, which is that your appeal will have to wait for a GM to get to it. They may apologize that the wait is terrible right now.
Again, this forum is an Information Desk, and information has been provided.

dude i’ve stated multiple times the “language” blizzard cs reps gave me for the reason i was suspended.
Appeals are at about 7 days right now.

That is not going to happen and that is not the purpose of this forum. Again, your appeal ticket is the ONLY way you can appeal.
