You make a good point to which i cannot answer. I really mean in games, movies…etc but then people will say but ya then movies will suck. I dont have a answer but i think there needs to be common ground somewhere.
Sure you can. That’s what representation does for us. Use of art is very powerful and will result in assimilation later in society. And this is a good thing.
Reproduction is necessary for the survival of the human species. They teach about it by telling you how it occurs. They don’t talk about sexuality. They talk about the act of sex and what happens as a result (children). Nothing happens when a man enters another man’s exit. No life is created. Just the satiation of the same lust that drives us to reproduce sans any productive outcome. What’s there to learn about it, really?
So ill ask then, is your goal to be perceived as equal or superior? What is the end result of this “societal grooming”?

I have nothing against straight people or straight relationships, Batman/Catwoman are one of my favorite media relationships because they have the right chemestry and a ton of history.

I understand that, but I doubt many see it that way. Most likely see it as a way of making you more important than themselves or you making them marginalized. This is the challenge any under represented groups of people have to understand and overcome if they want to truly be accepted.
I.E my problems are more important than yours mentality.

To avoid what exactly? Gay and trans kids are gonna be gay or trans no matter what the school curriculum is. Straight kids are gonna be straight no matter what the school curriculum is. Since the 90’s we’ve known it’s a result of genetics and hormones in the womb due to several scientific studies.

My kid’s god parents are gay. We have many gays at holiday parties. The fact that they’re gay doesn’t bother me. The fact that you might be gay doesn’t bother me.
The things gay people do, do bother me and I don’t want to see or hear about it. It’s not fear. I don’t like factory meat, but I’m not scared of farmers. I just don’t like what they do. I don’t like pornography, but I’m not scared of adult movie stars. I just keep the content out of my house. Any one of them is welcome at my dinner table as a person.
