I vote Blizz look into all R12+ players

Not really. It’s using an in-game mechanic to auto run. You manually pressed the auto run button, which continued the auto run action. Using software to periodically emulate key presses is a bit different.

I dont think auto running in to a wall will keep you from going AFK. I think you need to use actions to reset the timer.

Nope.

You were botting.

That’s for Blizzard to judge not you XD

Oh, I know.

Of course, they wouldn’t have known about it if you hadn’t brought it up.

I think the phrase is “hoist by your own petard”.

In it’s simplest, a bot could be anything that simply continues to perform a repetitive game function with out human input.

So assigning a mouse button to continually run a game macro could be considered a very rudimentary form of bot.

Not a very glamorous bot mind you but still

And macro buttons are allowed. Or that’s my understanding. Blizz basically has the p*rn standard for cheating – you know it when you see it. They do not have a black and white botting/not botting policy. And they have every reason to want as many people as possible to be able to play (ie. folks with disabilities).

People been using mouse macros for years in blizzard games specially in D3, every top player uses it. None ever got in trouble for it.

Macros are fine as long as it’s a human pressing a button. He’s loaded a macro to his mouse that has it send a signal to move his character every few minutes. He’s not clicking the mouse, it is doing it automatically.

He’s straight up botting.

They do when they admit they’re not pressing the mouse button to run the macro.

Buttons are ok, there is really 0 way to go after those as most mice and keyboards now days include software from manufacturer in the drivers to make a button emulate various things.
It would be one of those losing battles.

Taping said button down on the other hand to have it do what the software itself would not do, over and over, they can take issue with.

And yet, here in Irvine, California the unemployment rate is 2.8% with a median household income over $100,000 a year. Such a hellscape we live in.

In the process of opening a new business in San Fernando Valley where we’ll have 20 new jobs, all with the burden of having to pay them a living wage and provide State mandated basic benefits. But, here’s thing, so do our competition, so the playing field is level and our employees are better off. It’s actually not that bad. (There is some stuff that is bad, but that ain’t it. And the red tape of building regulation is something I found just as pointless and infuriating when I was doing business in Maryland, if not more, as I do here.)

I hope you get your due.

I hope all fake rankers get theirs too.

I’m extremely disappointed you didn’t get a permaban, or one of those 2 year bans at least.

The time you put in to get this far should have been thrown out of the window when you decided that your time was worth more than others to justify your leeching.

Oh so there’s a rich neighborhood somewhere in California? Neat! Now if only you could figure out what to do with the millions of homeless people!

Seriously though, you’re talking about a city built from the ground up starting in earnest only on the 1970s. The reason it became so rich is that they bribed newly forming technology based businesses to start their HQs there with huge tax breaks. The population is 45% Asian and less than 2% black. I know you Californians think you are really smart, but you don’t honestly think living in an ultra wealthy, practically gated city proves anything about your state, do you?

I’m sorry to disappoint you honey.

Irvine is a fairly large city in Orange County. It is not gated, due to how it’s a city. They have public transportation and everything. It was founded by a major strawberry grower but started booming when the developers bought it up and made a whole lot of houses for the middle class folks who were willing to commute long distances to work if they could have a swimming pool in their yard they never use.

California is rich because we stole all the water rights from Nevada over a 100 years ago, it’s kind of a dark history. Tech businesses have nothing to with it. Also your comment about Asian and Black Americans is racist as heck. Please stay in the middle part of the country where you are happy.
