Dont agree! at All! Neither does blizz for that matter. BUT there are plenty of games out there that cater to this type of thinking, most modern mmos in fact! good luck!

True! id be happy to be able to level up tank and healer toons without tedium! rdf definitely has its upsides! id like it if they promised no RDF in phase one when they announce cata classic too, unfortunately im def not playing cata with rdf heroics.
Also no LFR, not ever, under no circumstances
If we had a general âRDF but not for phase 1 heroicsâ rule id be 10000% okay with that!
Hard agree, I believe this is the actual culprit that people are after, not the RDF.
This single handedly removed the need for a guild and guilds are where the REAL social interactions happen.

Maybe. I mean, itâs a much more useful tool than nothing, imo. But there are some rough edges.
I find if I tell people to set their roles properly, and click the Role Check button thatâs helpful.
I havenât really had any issues with it though, and Iâve been using it to spam instances while leveling.
I mean if that tool didnât just constantly default into tank.
I keep having to change my role at every turn and change it mid party. Thereâs way too many unnecessary steps lmao.

I literally never conflate the two. We can observe from both Vanilla Classic and TBCC what the lack of RDF does to the playerbase. Your inability to do basic analysis doesnât mean Iâm speaking subjectively here. This isnât math, but Iâm applying accurate philosophy (of logic) to inarguable observations which yields something that, while not a law of nature, is much closer to objective than subjective. On the other hand people on the opposite side of this discussion, like yourself, deal exclusively in their feelings and are basically scrambling to mold facts to their existing agendas rather than forming an accurate depiction of the world based on evidence.

Narcissism is a disorder real people have to deal with, and accusing people of having that disorder, cheapens the struggle people have to go through. Just because you dont want it to apply to you, doesnt mean someone is coopting the term.

not gonna lieâŚI hated it at first but last night it worked perfectly. I was able to fill the group very quickly and even replaced a healer that dropped out instantly. I guess I disliked it because I didnât understand it but itâs made spamming chat unnecessary.
