People do not prefer ST.
You are mistaken.
People do not prefer ST.
You are mistaken.
I mean I do, I consider myself people. I donāt claim to be representative of any amount of the playerbase as a whole however.
Hello? DARKSHIRE?
Its a short mount ride away. Damn babiesā¦
Why would you go to darkshire when Nethergarde Keep is closer?
Doubling down on my point here. Ally will have no issues getting to ST.
Honestly ST is what I think will be the 20 man raid, since by lore the enemies in there should be much stronger than a 5 man shouldāve been able to take down. Also, they could make interesting boss fights like the trolls on the platforms could all be 1 boss fight that the entire raid would have to split up to take down at once.
I think itās fairly reasonable to consider Theradras to be lore wise more powerful than anything in ST, but it could be debated Iām sure.
I kinda wish we could have more raids like UBRS that donāt have a lockout.
Lockouts suck.
most people have only done half of ST. no one has done the basement of ST.
please no.
Also if the shadowy figure is Xalāatath, it would be silly not to use Mara, given the direct connections to the old gods. It just fits perfectly.
I admit Iām biased, as I love Mara and think it has so much wasted potential. But they removed parts of ST for a reason. It was poorly laid out and miserable to go through.
I
Okay but who are you
I dont feel like this is a shocker. Amongst my guild ST was the common thought as well mostly because a reworked Eranikus would be an awesome end raid boss. (Hes an Emerald Dragon)
The āissueā with ST being the raid is all class quests at 50 actually go there.
But who knows.
If i were them Iād do Maraudon because itās already a place that dropped epic loot and that has 2 wings, and letās face it, not many people went there beside boosters.
It it was me, Iād do Blackrock Depths, which IMO would be an amazing 1 week lockout raid, but the fact it has Onyxia attunement quests in there probably makes it a no-goā¦
But you have all level 50 class quests in ST.
Increased health, no DoT limit, mount cost reduced (was reverted and is being reverted back), etc. Thereās a lot of stuff from SoM that is in for SoD.
No mob cc changes, no removed xp for not being the same level in a group, no increased dungeon quest xp, no increased xp until now, no cheap mounts until now.
There is no reason to assume all the future SoM changes are coming, because so far they havenāt stuck to them with any sort of consistency.
The point being that some changes stayed in like you said. A lot of them have or been re-implemented. I never said all of the changes in and neither did you. I donāt see how my statement was any less correct.
Itās a baseless assumption because thereās no pattern indicating whether or not SoM changes will become SoD changes.
BRD is almost too good if a dungeon to ruin changing. Itās got so much prebis in there. Iām excited to see the itemization changes for BrD cus I imagine we will be spending hours in there again even unchanged
Itās not baseless when theyāve left stuff in. Popular changes have stayed or been re-implemented. Unpopular changes have been (thus far) reverted. I donāt think thatās baseless, but time will tell. Diamond Flask was a dumb thing anyway.
