I think shamans need a spellpower nerf in pvp - pointing at lava burst procs too

oh wow yeah it’s not on the tooltip, developers are just that good at information relay. but yeah, it does give 200 spell dmg

The Burn Rune Now Gives 200 SPELL POWER ? What in the actual?

Bruv on my SP my baseline spell power is 250. We are literally bottom feeders in ST and you give Ele a flat out 200 sp ? As much spell power as I have tagged to a rune ? I swear to god, let me work for this circus for free, there is no way you are paying people for this.

Wait a second. hopefully burn rune is 4 spelldmg per level and not 200 flat

does anyone know the number on this im ok with it being flat. but hopefully it scales with level which makes sense as the other flat runes scale with level (such as lava burst damage increases with level) now that i think about it, i bet blizz was lazy and made it a flat 200. hopefully is fixed soon to scale with level like every other flat rune
