does anyone know the number on this
im ok with it being flat. but hopefully it scales with level which makes sense as the other flat runes scale with level (such as lava burst damage increases with level)
now that i think about it, i bet blizz was lazy and made it a flat 200. hopefully is fixed soon to scale with level like every other flat rune
