I think it's time to make multi boxing against the rules

That actually pretty creative.

I would have been the perfect target though, let’s be honest. We witnessed it earlier in this thread.

I RP a smuggler. This character would freak if she was referred to as anything but.

I hateeeee multiboxers. It’s only a matter of time till they’re wiped out. Can’t wait!

We hate you too.

It’s not really a matter of that. People farm for various reasons. Maybe they just have gathering professions and like to gather while they are out doing WQ’s… they don’t go out of their way, just everytime they see something up they go gather it. Or maybe people like throwing on a TV show on their other monitor and just brainlessly farming for a couple hours. Maybe they farm to make stuff for themselves and then sell the extras.

Not every businessman wants to be a CEO. Not every gatherer gathers to make bank.

I hate bad players, it won’t be long until SL until they’re wiped out as well, reduced loot, more difficult content. Gonna be a great expansion just because of those two things.

I hate everything equally?

Someone used/forced a meme to insult another poster while defending someone else who the meme could actually be applied to.

Right you just said what I mean, not everyone is farming day in and day out. You just need to consider the amount of people doing it that don’t know any other way to make gold which is probably 75% of the players base, a multiboxer will have a good inventory yes but won’t be the biggest portion of that.

it should have always been, any serious company would have made it against the rules, but not Blizzard, they do not care as long as they’re making some extra cash for each account the cheater has.

I guess I could reword that, those that like participation rewards. Not even the weekly cache, everyone likes and hates that but the items you didn’t earn by doing the same content of equally difficult to acquire it.

I RP lots of things.

Housemate and I just finished writing a crossover between the void elf rangers and the Farstrider group. The Void Elf squad lead is the ex fiance of the Farstrider squad lead’s girlfriend resulting in a highly awkward cross-faction love triangle. With bows and arrows. So many arrows.

I haven’t open my weekly cache in like 4 weeks. I couldn’t be bothered.

That’s the most important point here. Is that Blizzard only turns a blind eye because they make money. It’s not out of some love for multi-boxers. They simply don’t care about how we treat each other or how we play as long as it makes them more money. Flight is a good example because it shortens times played (theoretically). So they take a stand. Multi-boxers bring in a ton of money so screw everyone else. IF someone quits over it, the multi-boxers covers the account loss in spades.

If anything ends up with cash going to anyone else, Blizzard will try to stop it. If it ends up with more money for Blizzard, they will allow it. It doesn’t matter if it badly impacts the economy or the community. Because Blizzard doesn’t really care about either.

Yeah this game is pretty trash, if playing the auction house is more entertaining than the game there’s something wrong there, it should be just as equally or more enjoyable to actually move your character instead of sit at the mailbox.

I wasn’t aware of the warfront turn in but i consider myself a small fish in gold making too, not inhabiting any of the discord/reddit discussions etc and merely dabbling.

I used to do pretty stacking for the first week or 2 before the materials started flooding in making it impossible. I hate the transmog market, like the pet market, its too slow. Do you operate on 1 realm or many? I’m up to 10 these days.

I raid log and RP in Google docs. Couldn’t be bothered to even do the AH.

One realm, I’m lazy. Yeah I was overcharging people for warfronts, probably cost them anywhere from 15k to 30k to do a single turn in while I was the only seller :stuck_out_tongue:

If I remember correctly as it’s been awhile, I bought out the mats required for those crafts/turn ins and I bought out the competition. I mean if you’re making 500k a week from them spending 50-100k wasn’t going to make a dent but 500k is what I took as profit every week overall.

ah, yeah I’m not into selling carries as that requires blocks of play and customer service. :stuck_out_tongue: Consider branching to other realms, the cost of moving a toon to x realm and back with 1 million gold of stuff can be quite profitable if you arent an idiot and instantly flood your home servers ah.

I’m all about lazy ahing and high gold per hour and that is some of the highest.

I primarily only care about the server I play on at the time, I understand I could turn a profit elsewhere but I just don’t want to put more effort into it other than a few hours a week or what ever, I’m more of an opportunist. I like the huge payouts you make at the beginning of a tier/expac over the small increments you’d make selling mats or flasks right now from flipping.
