You are now contradicting yourself. You asked me to relate multi-boxers driving the economy down to real life… So i did… In a simple analogy that clearly went right over your tiny little brain.
Then you either buy WoW tokens… or you don’t even have a job irl and likely just play WoW all day… In which case it’s even funnier that you are here insulting other peoples livelihoods…
I have no qualms with killing a low-level character. But I usually only do it once or twice and then I’m like, meh, time to go find new prey.
I’m on a RP server that relies heavily on reputation, so I don’t want to lose my position in RP events and community-wide storylines because I decided to kill the campaign leader’s alt too many times. Haha.
I didn’t say to compare it to real life, this is a game after all, wows economy is nothing like real life.
From my experience you can troll pretty hard if you’re somewhat smart about it
I’ve gotten my self banned before just by testing how hard you have to go to cop one
On the flip side of that you can cop a silence for some pretty minor stuff, I once got banned on the overwatch forums for calling someone a liar, However if I’d said they’re lying that’s all good
And no this isn’t an exaggeration and they were 100% lying too
In her case it might be that she’s on the RP shard and Alliance dominated and has all the perks including a free piece of lewt every week. I would imagine that Horde get camped hard.
I wouldn’t know because I don’t use warmode.
The solution is to engage in group gameplay.
Ah if I was on an RP server I’d be trying to come across like the biggest bad guy on the realm
Good thing I don’t play on one haha
There is plenty of literature proving this in real life iterations… That’s what I was saying. It also lowers the price of the goods required to make those consumables. There is literally a finite amount of things that you can even farm in WoW to sell… All of which can be sped up by multi-boxing. Making every single one of your arguments completely invalid.
You’d be surprised, all that was earned from 5-8 hours of research before doing it, then 1 hour a week. it’s all thanks to the people that don’t know how to make gold, 20% of it was sniping because people forget to put their 0000s and I get an item for 300k for 3g, flipping boes for 1-900k profit because they clearly don’t know what it’s worth, other methods as well.
You’re clearly uneducated in wows economy yet you’re trying to preach to me on how it works and what the problem is when it’s pertaining to multiboxers, you’re clearly unqualified and shooting from the hip.
I play both factions.
My shard is Alliance dominated, and unfortunately I main Horde. I normally have to shard-hop to avoid ganked. I’ve had a multiboxer of like, 6 or more paladins gank the same quest mob for hours on end. I’ve left and come back. I’ve hearthed. I’ve done something else for a while. Meh, they don’t leave.
When I’m on my Alliance, it’s nice and peaceful
It’s a great thing you’re on my main faction then. Shudders on small Alliance alt
I actually want you to keep playing, the casual player base is how I make my gold with very little effort, sniping your boes you post after forgetting your 0000s is funny especially when you come crying to me threatening to report me to blizz after it was your own fault…blah blah - Saeba
This is one way Saeba makes his money. Sniping players who accidentally post items with a digit missing. Bonus! He also loves to mock them. Saeba is a real class act all around.
I’m on the same server.
As for the quest mob camp—I would have just turned warmode off.
I see that as a common solution, but I may need the conquest from the WM bonus during assaults.
Edit: Should have made it more explicit then, since I am referring specifically to elite mobs that pop up during faction assaults. There’s always a boomkin multiboxer in Vol’dun, and a paladin one in Drustvar.
Rofl. Ok so you have said some things over the internet with nothing to prove or back it up and all of a sudden you expect me to believe you? Ya know what let me just stoop to your level real quick. Instead of asking… I will just tell you and expect you to believe me.
You have either sold runs, bought WoW tokens, or literally sit in the AH buying and selling stuff all day. All of which make you inelligible to have an opinion on this. Because you represent an even smaller % of the playerbase than the multi-boxers you are for some reason trying to defend.
I have had 8 accounts active for the longest while, I literally just activated 2 more because of this thread just now.
Well currently a node can only be tapped once per player. If I go mine some ore, I can only mine the node once. Rarely do I ever have a situation where I compete with more than one person for a node, however some of my friends farm together, especially before flying. I was just spit balling an option on how to reduce the influence of multiboxers on the gathering economy. The reason it is important is due to good inflation, and reducing the depression of prices caused by multiboxers makes it easier for the non rich players to shorten the gap by gathering, the traditional money making option that just doesn’t work anymore in wow
Gold would actually have value if the WoW token didn’t exist in the first place. The only reason we need to depress the value of items is because someone can literally p2w their way to owning the AH.
Edit: sorry this is another conversation altogether. I don’t necessarily want to travel down this rabbit hole.
How much have you made in bfa? I’ve made roughly 50 million as of now. Do you partake in all gold making activities or just a few? I mainly stick to flipping/shuffling and cross server economy manipulation due to limited playtime.
You clearly have never heard of the economy discord where you would’ve learned how to make gold, as far as me not telling the truth I’d be more than happy to screen shot my gold and my brutosaur, you can look that up your self though, but the gold I can do as well as my posted auctions of over 20-30mill.
But in truth I’m a little fish, there are people that clear a million gold a week, what I made is nothing but I’m lazy which is why I always laugh when people think you need to invest 10 hours to make gold, you don’t. Like I said I was logging in for maybe 1 hour a week, at most 3-4 hours but I wasn’t just doing the auction house I was raiding, would mount up when ever I could to snipe and flip. Just like I said unqualified to make any judgement or give any information or advice.
