I really don't know what terms I violated and what I can do to get my account back?

Howdy everyone,

No offense and I don’t mean to cause you too much trouble. But I really dont know i did what and what can i do?

I have 3 accounts(3 was created in the last few days), and i only play mage for more than 15+ years. I made my 1st account mage to Lv50,its still fine. After that, my friends want to play Pala so we creat 2st account to the Alliance, i still choose the mage. I do the same things to this mage, lv up, incrase skills, battleground, farm rep, but this time i got banned.

My 3rd account(still mage) has come to Lv34, and this time i choose tailor, enchant and aim to Rank7, rep in all camps reaches revered or exalted. But after these are reached, what if my account is banned again?

I read each and every one of the game’s terms and conditions before I play, and I abide by all of them by interacting with each and every player in a friendly manner and helping those who need it, and ive spent the last few days reflecting on what I’ve actually done, i can solemnly swear, i do never use any bot script or hacks. So can u tell me how and what i violated the rules?

If u can unbanned my 2rd account, it will be a better outcome for me. Finally, enjoy the game.

Well the only thing u can do is apeal thats the only way to get it fixed.

Now im confused why u need 3 accounts for 3 different toons one account is all you need.

The troll n undead is on my 1st account. this Human is the 3rd account. The 2ed account never showed up, it did before it was BANNED, and I don’t know why.

But u dont need 3 wow accounts u can have multiple toons per realm and account.

But an account cannot have both Horde and Alliance characters in SoD, my friend want to play pala, i have to creat a new account.

And u know, towards the end of each phase, many players will build new characters and experience new careers, which is why Blizzard is raising the ‘Discoverer’s Delight’ buff.

Sorry, English is not my first language and I may misinterpret your words as well as there will be mistakes in my spelling, please understand.

You should have gotten an email with a generalized category for your infraction (i.e. RMT/Manipulation of Economy or Cheats/Botting/Hacks). Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folders if you haven’t already.

Beyond that, you will not be given more in-depth information. That is exactly the kind of info real cheaters would love to know so they can continue staying ahead of Blizzard’s detection systems.

Yes, sure, i got the email. You told me im a bot or use any hacks, but i dont.

Blizzard detected otherwise unfortunately.

That said, posting here will not get you any further details.

Please note, re-opening a locked thread is against the rules as is making a thread to discuss account actions technically.

To be fair i wasnt aware of any restriction for sod that explains my confusion.

You were not alone  I don’t play SOD, so I also was not aware you couldn’t have a character on both factions.

I don’t want to do this, but I don’t really know how to fix it and avoid it in later accounts anymore. And all my tickets, they all got the same response.

14$/month may not mean much to everyone, but it’s the time each of us spends that is the most expensive.

I didn’t tell you anything beyond being wrong about the systems being bots or AI, and explaining why ticket times are higher than normal? I’m a player. Just like you.

Orlyia though, she’s a SFA. She isn’t involved with the investigations, sanctions or appeals processes - though she can see what notes the staff who do may have made.

Because that’s how they respond to appeals. One template for when a sanction is upheld. One template for when they’re overturned.

It isn’t a means to talk to people on the other side. Their job is review and see if anything was done in error. Not tell you want trigged this, or when, who reported you, etc.

oh sry, i mean Orlyia told me, i saw the BLZ icon, i think he/she is the staff of BLZ, so i said‘u told’. Please understand if any misunderstanding has caused you discomfort.

She is blizzard employee but its not her job to handle apeals.

Oh my friend … To put it another way, if I didn’t commit a robbery, but the police say I’m guilty and put me in jail, how do I fix it?

TO build on your analogy, if the police have a video of you committing the crime you say you didn’t commit, you would have a difficult time arguing that you didn’t do it.

In this case, Blizzard goes by their own data alone. When it comes to botting, cheating or exploits, they NEVER give further details as it helps people who are doing so to avoid detection.

You will not be give further info in this case.

And I’m sorry for the trouble I caused her. Since I’m not using any scripts or HACKS, I don’t really know how to fix this anymore…

As I mentioned, my 3rd account has been created and also do quest to lv up. what do I do if I spend a lot of time and get banned again …

You appeal it like you’re doing via the ticket system. That’s all anyone who receives an account action can do.

If the police have evidence that you committed the robbery, even if you don’t know what the evidence is, then there’s nothing you can do.

But that is real life imprisonment, with a specific set of rights that you have as the accused. This is a game, and Blizzard is the sole arbiter. There are no Constitutional rights in Blizzard Land. They could ban anyone who has a mage tomorrow, and there’s no recourse.

Obviously, that is extreme and they would never do that. Just like they would never ban someone for no reason. Yes, they certainly can make mistakes, and that’s why there is an appeals process. But an appeal simply looks over the data again, and if there’s no mistake, there’s no overturn.
