I really don't know what terms I violated and what I can do to get my account back?

Rational discussion, no other malice. In real life, a crime committed out of circumstances not known to the person is considered negligence, which may only result in a lighter sentence. And if the crime was committed intentionally, then it would be very reasonable to get a heavy sentence.

I’d like to express that I suffered a permanent ban without knowing anything about it, but I have seen other players mention being suspended for a few days before finally being permanently banned.

This is not “real life”. This is Blizzard’s choice. You are in their sandbox, their home.

Again, no one is saying “hey, you’re definitely guilty”. Mistakes definitely happen in this category. That’s what the appeals process is for.

But at the same time, if the appeals process is arriving at the same conclusion every time, then they have something. We all understand that you may not know the why, but that’s something you have to figure out on your own. We can give guidance, as we have above, but in the end, it’s your responsibility.

Yes my friend, I totally agree with you. In real life, if a situation like this arises, I can go to a lawyer, the media, or someone else who can help me with the problem. My lawyer can help me with my defense, the media can help me with my voice, and everyone else can help me as much as they can.

But here, I really don’t know what can i do…

There is nothing for you to do.

They will not give you details. Period.

You can only appeal the account action until such time that you are told no further appeals will be viewed.

OK, fine… This is their turf. Guilty or not guilty, they decide. I can’t imagine how horrible it would be if this was my situation in real life. But I will say that the internet is part of real life too.

Sry for got a little off topic.

Each time you appeal the situation is looked over by a different person. If their data shows that you did something wrong the appeal will be denied. You can continue to appeal until they tell you to stop. That basically means that whatever you did is obvious to everyone on their side.

Orlyia already addressed this and said there is pretty much no chance of getting it overturned. She has access to the data. Noone is going to reveal specifics because the bad guys would love to know Blizzard’s detection methods.

Continuing the discussion from Are there any real people left on the customer support team?:

There is nothing Orlyia can do at their end OP.

All you can do is accept the answer you were given.

Just a note - I’m not involved in that process.

Final decision isn’t mine. That’s not to discourage anyone from appealing if they feel there is an error.

Just trying to set expectations based on my experience.

I have toons on both Horde and Alliance in SoD, so I do not understand this

They might be thinking that SoD used the same rules as old school WoW? I know that up until, I believe Wrath but not 100% sure when, you could not have Horde and Alliance on the same account on PvP realms. But that was many many many years ago and I don’t think it ever was part of re-launched Classic.

Well I didn’t know that – you learn something new each day

It was at first. They removed the restriction once they opened up the transfers from Season of Mastery realms.
