i have missing achievements from 2008 and the title "hand of adal"from tbc and some missing inactive characters can blizzard check it?.if i will ask copy of my data its possible for me to found the old names or information?,i want blizzard to check such things you can check if you look on my files data and so on
You already have a topic about this issue. Your only path forward is really though the ticketing system. There was never a response by you on several questions asked in your original thread by other users.
It’s likely on another account or license, are you logging into your EU licenses?
Logs dont last years unfortunately if blizzard cant verify that you earned it they wont be able to reward what isnt obtaianable now. Just to set expectations.
As a note he had confirmed on the EU side that his only proofs are “screenshots and addons” and has already spoke with GM’s over it that the items cannot be granted due having no logs available.
Then just keeps posting responses to Blizzardians in unrelated threads.
i entered that account and what about achievements and titles from 2008 why they are missing?,some people here post and blizzard didn’t checked such things,i’m serious here my words are for blizzard to check,if they will tell that they can’t do anything about the achievements and titles it will be fine
If this is true:
Then that is the answer. They did check. Logs do not last forever, so if they cannot verify those items, then there’s nothing they can do.
I know from experience that old items or achievements can’t be verified. Those logs don’t last forever, unfortunately.
I randomly lost my Cata CE pet and achieve a little while back. I had to rip apart my entire house to find the box and pray the license key was still in the box. I did get it reinstated, but now my Cataclysm CE achievement date is from February 2022.
you really don’t understand anything,i opened ticket and they told me that here the team will check technical problems not only logs that why i’m here, you think i enjoy to ask them?,if they will tell me no then ok
I’m sorry, Daggershoot, I checked the one WoW license that is old enough to have been around when that achievement was available, which is an EU license mind you, and I cannot verify that it earned it.
I looked through the multiple tickets you submitted over the last two months and I am unable to locate the Druid or the Death Knight that you mentioned. You have a Blood Elf Paladin of that same name, on your named WoW license on this Battle.net account, but you already found that one.
That isn’t exactly what that does. So no, it would not show you old names or information that you seem to be looking for.
You seem to be under the impression that we just haven’t looked hard enough, Daggershoot, and that simply isn’t the case. The items, characters and achievements that you mention are not available on any of the WoW licenses on this Battle.net account.
Where exactly did we tell you that, Daggershoot?
Can you quote that part of the response you received? The last response I see is a generic one that simply says that our queues are busy and for help with achievements you can check various sources, such as Wowhead or Icy-Veins or ask the community on the forums.
I understand PLENTY about this game, and the various policies we discuss in here. And that is your issue: the policy is that GM’s cannot restore items/titles/acheivements/etc that they cannot verify. Not that we don’t believe you, not that they don’t “want” to do it, not that they haven’t checked.
They cannot verify it. The logs do not exist anymore.
Again, if this has been your response:
Then that is them telling you no.
i saw the old respond from older ticket 2 months ago,he asked me to go to bug report not technical support,i apologetic,i guess that only the team that checking bug report can locate old inactive characters that i didn’t delete and other things, thank you for explain me,i guss the things in the hands of bug report team, thank you for explain all those things
Not exactly. Generally speaking, you may be referred to submit a bug when you believe there may be a bug, even if we have no evidence that indicates one. Our QA team can take a look, but in most cases, there is nothing that can be “fixed”.
As for your old characters that you claim to be missing. You’ve provided two of them in your tickets that I found, both with the same name, one a Blood Elf Death Knight and a Night Elf Druid. It is possible those existed on a different WoW license, but depending on how old they are, they can be difficult to locate.
You see, if you hadn’t logged into the WoW license for a long time it is likely that the names of those characters became available for reuse. This means that a name like mine… Vrakthris… would be automatically changed to Vrakt4Kd5 or another variation of letters and numbers (The system no longer works like that, but older characters would still have had that). That makes searching for the character a good deal more difficult.
If those characters still exist, Daggershoot, we’re not able to find them with the information you’ve provided. Sorry.
i understand what you said still i have 1 item of the"Blessed Mantle of Undead Cleansing" from wrath pre-patch 2008 in my xmog and yet i didn’t logged into my cloth missing characters,i made report inside the game if you think i need to put another report this time in bug fourm inside the website tell me,again i thank you for all the information and patience, you done what you could
