I made post in bug report and I will post here as well ,I enterd my old account and my old characters in eu and many plate items, tabards are missing I used those items on my palladin they need to be on the transmog on my character,I well aware that the transmog system came years later blizzard said that even old character should have the items they used as transmog,I sold the items to npc and still the transmog need to appear when I want ,thank you I don’t know who need to read it and some other characters are missing
Bug reports would be the most apropriate place as for the missing tons if you havent played in a long time the realm probably needs a a refresh try creating a lvl 1 toon on the realm that will refresh it also check the undelete option.
I didn’t delete them and I tried that on every relam on eu already, thank you for trying blizzard need to check my characters data and so on
You would have to open a ticket then.
I see two EU licenses on this Battlenet.
Is there a possibility you had another old license that never got added to the Battlenet?
I do see some plate listed in your wardrobe, can you not see any of it?
tabard of the protector is missing and I have 2 cloth items from wrath of the lich King pre-patch that in my transmog but my cloth characters that I elso remember are missing and I created my new account years after wrath of the lich King,I hope it’s enough proves to check characters files and game data,I didn’t saw many old items in my wardrobe, many items are missing
If you are positive that you are logged into the correct account, then you’ll want to put in a ticket and see if a GM can help you find the items or characters you believe are missing.
Most importantly, you’ll want to include details such as the name of the items as well as any character names, server, faction, race etc. that you can remember.
Here’s a link for putting in a ticket:

Those tickets in eu for 2 weeks didn’t help me you telling me that gm in usa can do something different?even my addon saw only few of the old items and he said they are "collected"and they don’t appear in my wardrobe,I remember things well even without my addom, the game masters of Europe told me to post here because they they only checking logs and not data and files
You’re right, I should have changed it to an EU option. But if you’ve already ticketed, and they were unable to locate your missing items or your missing characters, then there’s not much else that can be done.
I would not rely on an addon either. Blizzard is going to go solely based on their logs and not anything else.
If you provided them with character names, servers, classes etc. and they could not locate them, then there’s not much else that can be done unfortunately.
You mentioned selling the items, if that was before the transmog system was in place or they were not captured by the transmog system, then that’s not something that a GM can help with unfortunately.
I didn’t count on addon I have checked things myself and I remember well without addons,eu game masters told me that they checked only logs and nothing else,I have prove even without addon, somehow the game kept only 2 cloth items from wrath of the lich King pre-patch and all of my cloth charcters on my old account are missing and I have created the new account many years later after wrath if you think something wrong with me then you are wrong
o.O
Where did I say that exactly?
You’re now saying that you have a new account too. So it does sound like you have more than one battle.net account. Have you looked on the old account? Characters don’t tend to go missing unless the account was compromised and the characters were transferred off.
Unfortunately, you’re referring to something that also seems to have happened a LONG time ago if you haven’t seen the characters since Wrath. Blizzard logs are not infinite.
Your only option is to ask again via a ticket. But if they are not able to verify it with their logs, they will not be able to restore any missing items. That’s just how it works.
They old account and the new one in region/account on my battlenet,if they will choose to check my character files maybe they will found the things,I thank you for trying anyway
When the transmog system was first released, the only items automatically added to your transmog list were either specific quest rewards or drops that were currently in your bank or bags.
Those two categories were used because the items were easy to verify.
The system was released as part of WoD and many of us spent months accumulating mission table drops to store in the bank pending the implementation of the system.
I’m not sure what this means, but everyone in here has been asking if you’ve checked the other BattleNet account and I don’t know if we actually got a “yes” or “no” on that.
And as Perl noted, if the items were vendored prior to transmog release, then they’re gone permanently.
I know how you feel, though. I lost 3 out 4 Wrath pre-launch sets, because I ran out of bank space and had to delete them— just before they announced transmog. ![]()
It was unclear to a lot of us if you had indeed checked all your accounts. The posts are unfortunately a little hard to understand in spots.
Checking your character data and the logs are, as far as I’m aware, the same thing. GMs already said they couldn’t see anything missing/locate the missing items.
It’s also a little unclear to me: are you missing the items themselves or the transmogs?
But one you still have yet to make clear to us. Are you sure that these items are not on your other account? Have you checked both? Unfortunately, with the confusion over your communication, we aren’t sure what you’re telling us.
