The need of the majority will always outweigh what you or me want to happen and everyone of us has to accept this.
If these people got exactly what they wanted there would be no belfs. So maybe it’s better they don’t get exactly what they want. They have options. That is enough.
Your opinions are not the wants of the many.
Go ahead and make a post asking if void elves should get replaced by high elves.
Put your theory to the test and see how supported you are.
This already happened on our main RP server in Europe. The Blood Elf population shrunk massively over time.
You’re childish and emotional, I will not comment this further.
It is playable (Blood Elves are High Elves), that’s the conundrum and insanity of it all.
I am excited for Earthen.
I’m torn between Shaman or Paladin right now.
Moritz is a highly reasonable person… this sounds more like a you problem.
I am very thankful for his screenshots in this thread too.
And? You are talking about that drama nest, Argent Dawn, yeah the belf population shrunk there cause the whole Horde population shrunk. That’s an Alliance dominated server.
I think i might go paladin for the heritage armor should i choose to race change my main.
Otherwise it will be a monk alt.
But i am pretty excited for these guys.
Everytime i think maybe ill stick with my void elf, i see some earthen npc or player and log back on to my earthen beta character haha.
Nobody cares for the petty elf wars within two elf-communities on these forums. Please move this discussion into the rightful topic and go wild with the accusation on both sides.
You forgot to mention that it is also the biggest Horde-RP server we have in Europe, followed by a french one.
Are you a bot? I’m being serious here.
I know you don’t take criticism well, but you it’s unreasonable for you to put out opinions in a public forum and not expect a response. At least I am staying on topic.
pretty interesting necro, but honestly i agree, i don’t want dwarves, hardly anyone plays this race. try finding a female dwarf that isn’t someone’s alt made specifically for the holiday event.
this is just BFA all over again but with dwarves instead of trolls.
And one of the least Horde populated servers, what is your point here? You trying to justify them deleting belfs or something?
I try to give context to the other people here and how these Blood Elf players already moved on from Horde, because they care more for the Alliance rather playing on Team Red.
Your point, you try to make here, does only include an “and?” without proper correlation to the situation.
It’s your word against your word here. Nobody ever wrote something like this. Not worth my time.
I’m beginning to be convinced Blastkrizzle is a bot because their response to you makes utterly no sense. This is consistent with the same core group of “pro-Blood Elves for Alliance” or “helfers” as they say group.
Gunfist what do you like about Dwarves and do you know what is going to set the Earthen apart? Or Moritz? I’d be curious.
That is a total load of crap. You people man, you would say anything, no matter how dumb to get your blue elves.
I like mostly everything about dwarves aside that they are subservient to humans. I love the aesthetic, I love the models, I love the characters, but the one thing I can’t stand and one of the reasons I play Horde more is because they have been reduced to being the human’s short buddy. And I’m not to happy to see that seems to be happening to the Horde.
Other than their looks being totally awesome, for me its about their world and culture.
Theyre a people that can in a way live forever. When they die they get reset and recharged. They come with some preprogramming on who they are and what theyre made for doing. So theyre not a complete blank slate when they wake up. But their story is one of free will and breaking away from the titans design to live their own lives however they wish (even if for some that means following what the titans want).
At the point in the story you meet them though, things are a little broken and they cant recharge their dead to repopulate and they cannot access their old memories (oh yeah, they upload their memories so that others can view them).
So for some, death is just death. The unbound have their own culture and rituals around that. When they die they turn in to statues which serve as their own tombstone essentially.
Theres a whole questline about an Earthen who is about to “shutdown” and it was heart breaking.
Then you have fun stuff like their electric sheep and legends about storms made by 2 giant rams fighting on top of the mountain (which was true in the end).
I’ve not done everything in the beta yet but ive seen stuff like workers unions and smuggling operations going on. Its all pretty fun stuff.
One thing i do find funny is when people dismiss them on here as not being real people but titan constructs with no real life to them. When their whole story is about how thats not true and how alive they are and should be free to do as they want.
Would you prefer the writers have creative freedom or only make stories about races people like?
yeah, if you haven’t noticed Blizzard hasn’t done very well with their “creative freedom” over the years
Its been hit and miss, Zandalari and vulpera have been huge successes for example.
Creative freedom means you can get some wild wins but also some deep failures.
