Actually it does matter.
Tons of mounts and achievements and transmogs in those expansions to get.
But few new players will bother with it when they see how insane the time spent running to raid and dungeon entrances just to stroke the egos of PF fanboys

I actually do more content and world quests because as it is I get lost especially trying to navigate those mountains in Zuldazar, not to mention the pyramid.
I still have no flipping idea where the transmog place is, and half the time I can’t find vendors for anything. The logistics on that city are just plain awful.

You yourself even said BFA is boring the pants off of you. So why dont you do what others have done, myself included, and in that downtime of boredom do something productive instead of whining on the forums to go get that WoD pathfinder and that way it’ll give you something to do in WoW instead of /afk and come to the forums

Yes…we DO have a good reason to want to play in those old expansions.
But when there is CURRENT content to do NO ONE is going to want to go back and do OLD pathfinder just to be able to get to those raid/ dungeon entrances.
Then run to the raid entrances lmao.

You know what makes those transmogs, mounts and achievements special? They take time and effort to accomplish. I’m sorry that you feel entitled to a free ride and a free lunch. I’m glad blizzard makes you work to get old stuff. It makes having them more valuable to those who actually want them.
A trophy is worth nothing if everyone is given one for free.

And you can still do that old content you want for those TRANSMOGS AND ACHIEVEMENTS, ETC by walking. Pathfinder isnt gating you from doing the dungeon/raids you want to do. Only your desire to refuse to get pathfinder is which that is again, your own personal choice.

BFA is live, folks.
NO ONE WANTS to go run pathfinder for weeks or months just to be able to get to dungeon entrances and the time it takes to run around given all the fighting it takes to get there…yeah…WoD and Legion are dead expacs for most players who might want the transmogs and crap but would rather not spend 30 minutes just running to a stinking raid entrance.
Really hard to believe that this is THAT complicated for some here.
There is a big difference between luck/RNG and tediousness.

Doing the zones, mission table rep tokens and wq you can be done in a week.
The problem isn’t the game, it’s you.

If you don’t want to play old content then it doesn’t really matter if you can’t fly because you won’t be there playing old content.

Yes, time gate.
I, and many other people, have BFA Pathfinder 1 completed, and yet my dragons et al still can’t remember how to fly. We now have to sit on our hands and wait 6ish months for Bliz to release Part 2 before we can “work” on it. That is the definition of a time gate, having to wait before you can play.

As a fresh 120 there’s only one timegated part which is the tanaan reps grind to revered. The rest can be done in a whole day, i mean, doing the zone main quests, farming treasures (it’s easier with handynotes), the assaults can be done in a sitting by purchasing missives from Grimjaw and exploring the whole map. The reps can be done in about two weeks of doing daily quests and you can bypass that part if you have enough cash to buy Legion medallions or whatever they are called from the AH, they give around 1k rep for every faction on Draenor and go for around 8k to 15k in the AH.
The broken isles pathfinder is even easier…
OH, dang you’re right. Blizzard should just add in a 100% drop rate for the cool transmog and mount you’re after.
Scarcity is typically what makes a thing valuable. Learn a little about humanity, please.

The city is super bad, I agree. I think anyone would honestly because it was designed with a raid in mind and not quality of life.
As for getting lost, I am right there with ya, but if I need a WQ I’m going to go do it, and if I don’t need it in still not going to do it. That doesn’t change with flying, and I don’t think that’s the case for a lot of people. I am just not seeing what great stuff is locked behind flying.
