I don’t think I mind most of that. But I don’t get Draenei and Forsaken as Tinker races? Gnomes and Goblins obviously, but I’d think Dwarves before Draenei.

Oof, I mean look back at WoD.

  • Khadgar
  • Ripped Brown orcs
  • Old Dreanor
  • Garrisons (a form of player housing)

And let’s not forget legion

  • Artifacts (Legendary Lore Weapons, that people have been asking since vanilla.)
  • Becoming the leader of your class.
  • Space travel (Argus)
  • Demon Hunters (Hero Class)
  • Finally take down Sargarus

If this were posted as leaks a few years ago, I’d had called you a fool and laughed you off. Nowadays any leak could possibly be true. Especially with the route Blizz seems to be taking. (Plus with the survey blizz posted a month ago stating, “Are you aware that a level squish may be coming in a future date.” This leak may not be far off.)

I don’t think we disagree there. There are a lot of cool things Blizzard could do with that setting. I was criticizing the details of the leak, not the setting itself.

Yeah mechagnomes and gilgoblins makes sense for tinkers, if that class gets out. Some people who say vulpera are bit clueless, vulpera are just scavengers, they have nothing to do with tinker stuff.

I think comparing this to wod is a mistake. While wod was supposed to be time travel we ended up in another dimension instead. It had no consequences to our world.

This however, if taken at face value will end up changing the present in, not just the land but, in the people who died, who went on to be evil, who went on to save the world.

This allows for old and new ideas to be brought back. Bolvar could live and Tirion could become the new lich king. Arthas could have resisted and uther could come back. Lordoron could be uncorrupted and back in the hands of the alliance.

This could be a massive shift in where the game was headed.

i know that, but like i said

tinkering is more than “arcane tech” its the REAL tech, steam, oil, fuel gas, raw metal, not some magic shenanigans,i want LAZER not some arcane boring stuff

about other races, if DH could be race specific, even when they could have opened to other races like draeneis and orcs, since they were ilidari, its just fair that tinker at first be locked to just goblins and gnomes

It’s the believability of them that makes it sound like a hoax. Most of it is stuff we already know is coming, or that has been hot topic issues within the community. The lack of real surprises makes it suspect.

Everyone said the Cata leak was bullcrap too, and I had 0 head scratching moments when I read it. I remember thinking “Yeah I can totally see all this happening”. Granted Cata was out in the ball park.

Had Blizzard not make a level squish pole, everyone would be calling this a hoax.

Not saying you’re wrong though, but time will tell.

Honestly, the only saving grace of an SoO 2.0 was getting to kill Sylvanas. If they take that away from us, this game is officially dead to me.

Yeah I know, It’s just such stupid writing though I seriously hope they don’t take it in that direction. Like…beyond stupid. I mean trying to execute baine was stupid enough as is.

If it was actually decent writing Sylvanas would bring up how Baine’s pretty much been best friends with Anduin and this was the last straw and had the horde acknowledge that he can’t be trusted and either exile the tauren or something. Then obviously there would be some way to fix it or something something something.

But the point is, there’s so many better ways they could have gone about it, building off of things he had done in the past and stuff. :roll_eyes:
