I Haven't Had Access to the Forums for a Week. It says I'm not Subscribed. GMs Couldn't Help

I Haven’t Had Access to the Forums for a Week. It says I’m not Subscribed. Troubleshooting failed

Lol I’ve been unable to access the forums in a week (trying to report a bug the GMs cant fix). The forums tell me I’m not subscribed but I’m playing the game as we speak. Now the GMs are telling me to go to the forums to solve my problem of not being able to go to the forums. No one told me I could talk on the customer support forums regardless of my sub status until I went to MMO-Champion and a nice person revealed this to me. So where do we go from here? Am I just unable to talk on the forum…
