like i said before mythic raids arnt worth the hoops you have to jump through for 80& of the player base.you can see the story in lfr or watch a twitch streamer that raids.

I’m genuinely not sure what you’re arguing for at this point. As I said, I apologize if I misunderstood the issue, but I can’t tell what it is that you want to happen. Is it the removal of mythic raids? LFR?

It’s entirely appropriate. You’ve boiled down the game experience to that of a slot machine. If you aren’t getting your payout you’re not having fun. That’s a sad reason to be playing a game.

All the same familiar faces whining about casual content and beating their chests about how much effort and work they put in and skill they have and how other people don’t deserve gear 25-30 ilvl lower than what Mythic Crucible drops, lol.

You can now get 400 ilevel stuff from Warfronts, World PVP quests and starting from the next reset, Emissary caches.
What new raid was introduced that moved up ilvl gear?
Raid gear definitely didn’t get moved up.
Good point. We didn’t need to yet another source of trivial ilvl 400 gear.

So you care about the social aspect of group play. Maybe you should join a guild and try raiding with them, you might find there is a reason to raid other than gear.
Let’s say you work hard at work, you are one of the best employee at your work place… and then there is Bob… Bob is lazy, taking his time and not pushing as hard as you do to deliver the same quality of work.
You get a promotion, well deserved, and they give you a brand new office and computer… 2 months later, they give the exact same promotion to Bob with an office similar to yours even though he’s not even close to performing the way you do.
You see, if that was IRL, you would question your boss and even consider changing jobs because of that. Does Bob deserve it like you do? not really… so why should you get 400 loot from doing content that doesn’t require it while its current?
I have no problem with it increasing, but when 8.2 releases, there is no point in doing it now, this makes LFR and Normal crucible of storms completely irrelevant.
And our weekly heroic BFD run completely useless.
It’s wonderful for casuals… but it makes raiders feel like crap… usually this happens after 6 months and when new loot is available… no way the horrible loot from Crucible is even worth talking about it and it’s only 2 bosses, so this is just… ridiculous.
So, just because we don’t care what other people’s loot is, it doesn’t mean we don’t care if ours doesn’t mean anything anymore because of it. God knows how long we still have before 8.2 that that makes 3 difficulties of the raid pretty unattractive, will make it a lot harder to find people to run those difficulties when you can just solo your way to the same loot.

Once again…, raiders do not deserve the best gear in the game all the time. Simple.
On what stone was this ever written on that raids should give the best of everything?
If it is simply an arguement of time spent or a matter of effort then comparing that to something that was obtained easier or faster… then that may be a you problem.
Raids have other rewards besides gear, such as mounts, pets, transmogs/sets, recipes, achieves and bragging rights. You want everything in one shot and only down that tunnel? No…I don’t think that is right. Welcome to a new day.
There is choices because you can’t force someone to do things. I know people do try for that but it met with resistance.
This is a game with depth, not a competition for the most skilled player in a raid. You are actually just competing with your own teammates and that says alot about you. For what purpose beside an epeen obsession does that actually serve? You should be helping your faction gear up then move on to the big picture in the game.

Just because i want to endgame pvp does not mean i should be forced to do mythic raiding or whatever. If anything… pvp should be giving the best rewards but unfortunately… people keep gaming the system to farm the rewards and they can’t seem to make a system that is foolproof. Can’t use marks or honor because bots start afk farming them and stuff, etc…

THAT would bring pvp back to a game… in one shot. (making sure you code in the drops so they cant be abused by multiboxers over and over. Basically you would stop getting loot from a player you have killed more than 10 times for a certain period of time)
The one that you need that loot to beat raid bosses? that’s the whole point of raid loot, to help you kill bosses… if you don’t raid there is no other content you need raid loot for in this game.
Why do you need 400 ilvl loot of you don’t raid?
