I had a terrible tank who was telling me (Fistweaver Monk) that Ineeded to stop dpsing and heal. He was not using any mitigation, I told him don’t cry, mitigate. He died again on the next boss and I was kicked from the group. However I somehow got a deserter ban. I did not desert the party.
I had someone with me who agreed that he (the tank) was terrible. I have to this point never had issue healing at all in timewalking dungeons,
I would like my money refunded for this month and my subscription canceled. I refuse to play a game that I pay for monthly, yet another player can decide to stop me from doing what I pay to do.
That’s how the system works. If you are removed (kicked by vote), you get the debuff. If you want to see that changed, you might want to use the in-game Suggestion Feature. You could post on the Dungeon Forum, but it will probably be met with a lot of resistance.
I don’t usually use definitive statements, but this isn’t going to happen. The game is working as intended. You just don’t agree with the way it is intended. Which is fine, but not something they will refund you subscription fee for.
This is easy enough for you to do in your own profile, however. No need to request anyone to do it for you. Just cancel your subscription (and leave feedback as to why when you do), and remove your card on file to ensure it is not saved in the future.

The deserter penalty is for leaving the dungeon under any circumstances before it ends.
Not going to happen as you’ve already received the product (access to the game) and used it.
You can cancel that yourself.
Well, unfortunately, this is a MMO where there are many of such aspects. For example, guilds declining to have you in theirs, raids declinining, other parties, PVPers killing you for PVP objectives and so on…
This is not a suspension or ban, but a debuff for leaving the instance group prior to finishing the run. The system does not know why you left, it does not know if you were kicked, only that you were removed before finishing.
