Achievements were not added until wrath - and a lot of players who played back then are on different accounts now. Especially after battle net merge.

if you had then you would know that boosting makes it more profitable for bots. Which means more gold will be injected into the economy.
Which cause inflation.
which means your gold will worth less.

Why does it matter if you can distinguish between players? I’m talking about the consequences boosts will have in the game, whether you can distinguish between them does not matter at all.
So to make it clear boosted characters are no different than any other character in game?
