So it’s fine to sell the Hoplet pet on the store one day, and release it as a wild battle pet the next day? You bought it with exclusively money, so you didn’t “earn it in the game” and therefore it’s just pixels and you shouldn’t care how easily others got it, right?
But those AOTC mounts, they’re supposed to be rare and special. They’re not just pixels.
i bet hes salty because he spent 700 on the tcg card or is a seller and it lost all value ovenight. he still hasnt denied it

i’ve denied that hella times. the only tcg stuff i bought with united states dollars were some cheap ones at a flea market for like 5 bucks ea. oh except when i actually played the game and bought the cards for that purpose 15+ years ago. and then used the saved up code cards for the tabards
Giving these things away now makes a small group of people mad, a small group of people happy, and a remaining large group of people indifferent. On balance it probably would make more people happy to just release actual new rewards in these promotions.

I’m guessing there’s probably some seething going on for them, but I see it on the forums, too. Those people are usually chased out pretty quick though, so it’s surprising that the OP is still here.
I can’t wait for Tesla’s to go on sale so all those who paid premiums to feel cool can be just like everyone else. 
I wouldn’t mind the rewards brought back along with the challenges needed to get them, properly scaled to current tier. I’d never say no to more content! 
Just handing out rewards that people challenged themselves to get and really tried hard to get them seems… silly. Why do challenges now if we know the reward is just gonna come out on Twitch or the TP in a couple years? Kinda takes the “playing” part out of the game in my own opinion.
And before anyone asks nope I don’t have any challenge rewards! But one day… one day that Vicious War Fox will be mine! Maybe
