Your analogy implied that you did.
That’s what we call user error. Something that’s mitigated through practice and planning. Gee, I wonder where some more practice and planning would have gone a long way.
stop taking it so seriously.
it’s a computer game.
i mean some people are mad because they took the day off i guess… not sure guess they just need their fix
I’m not even going to reply to this baby whine crocodile tears anymore. My toddler just had a fit before bed that was actually more bearable than this is.
Keep crying for all I care.
WAHHHHHH I CANT PLAY MY VIDEO GSMES WAHHHHHHH
just a few hours, then a few days, who knows when theyre not telling us anything
Launch day has always been a disaster. I used to stand in the cold freezing rain for hours to get retail copies of TBC and WOTLK. I would then join everyone on the forums because the game wasn’t working.
grow up loser!
Well, a few things. That was absolutely their fault and error - which, in this case, is exactly what we’re saying about Blizzard - and, in the Titanic’s case, cutting costs with low quality steel and cheap rivets (among other things) also contributed to the sinking.
So in this case you’re… agreeing with me?
I remember those days. I sincerely believe the people still complaining about launch days in 2021 are completely new to this game & the history of it.
Who said it was, pal. People are annoyed and rightfully so, imo.
I’m taking it seriously because it’s my money. Until you pay my sub, you can’t tell me I can’t take something seriously.
Well, actually, apparently since Legion the launches have been really smooth - or at least quite good.
Yep. Some in the marines use the expression Semper Gumbi.
Always flexible.
go for a long run and you’ll find that little things that really aren’t that important won’t bother you anymore.
stop with the “children” nonsense. You just admitted you work part time hours kiddo.
I have today off and tomorrow. I’m not that angry. Maybe because I have an extra day off. But even if I didn’t, I wouldn’t be as mad. I don’t have to play the day of pre patch. It is not the end of the world. The game is going to release regardless. Time keeps flowing.
I think most of the outrage stems from the fact that the prepatch is ALREADY insanely short compared to the original timeline. Extended maintenance further exacerbates this issue, which blizzard created (rushing the very patch people wanted to spend a month in at least).
I work part-time because I get paid very well. I don’t need to work full-time to pay my bills, subscriptions, food, etc.
Stuff your Irony in a sack.
You understand that this is self induced stress right? No one is making you hit 60 ASAP and farm gear and if you are in a guild that is then that too is a self induced stress that you are choosing. My guild has a high number of new and returned players who are starting from level 1 and we’ve already told everyone, no one expects you to be ready for raiding right away. We’re not evening thinking of raiding until 3 months after launch.
Respect to people who want to raid two days into tbc but if this is causing you to be this mad because you’re worried about level capping and gear then I got nothing for you. You are choosing that.
