I’ve got a weird question with all this: Has anyone (other than myself) confirmed that the Feldrake is even a valid mount? It doesn’t show up in the collection screen either on armory or in-game.
I’m also missing the mount, but there might be clarity in that part.
It also doesn’t show up in my inventory. Apparently TCG mounts and those that were removed from the game won’t show in your collection unless you have them. So it should be normal.
That’s what I read someone post in another thread at least, feel free to correct me if that’s not the case.
I hope they resolve this for you soon. It’s a cool mount. 
Still have not received my Feldrake after claiming it 11 days ago. I got the kite just fine. I did what I was supposed to do and I can see that I claimed the feldrake mount on twitch.
I see so many threads about this issue and all we get are bad ticket responses and forum responses to “wait”. There is no information, no estimates, and no fix, just wait.
How long are we supposed to wait? Friends who were watching the same stream as me claimed their feldrake within seconds of me, and yet they all received their feldrakes immediately but for some reason nothing for me. Very disappointing.
what if some players are lying about their watch hours, and are just trying to finagle a free dragon out of blizz?
Yes, to kite, No Feldrake has turned up, already had the hatchling and just got Windsteed fine if a bit delayed which had me worried.
So yeah not the connection is wrong or anything my end I can sort.

You didn’t receive your feldrake because you did something wrong. Try to learn what happened and be more precise next time.
Tons of people correctly linked their twitch accounts and claimed the feldrake in the first 4 hours of launch, which coincidentally is also when WoW servers were under heavy stress.
Many of those had their accounts linked long before this date, claimed the kite pet without a problem and can clearly see the drake as claimed in their twitch account.
Seeing that they didn’t receive the drops they reached out to CS while the drop was still available and cleared their browser caches, checked if the correct accounts were linked among many other things suggested.
I’m one of those people. It is also a known issue acknowledged by Blizzard.
Are you unaware of all this? Or is there something else you think they did wrong?

Yeah Nah. Same connection, no account changes, no login changes. Says claimed fine at Twitch end same as all the other claims that I have received. Easy to blame user error but Blizzard has admitted some people made legit claims that did not go thru day one due to the server issues. Mine was right as they happened 4 hours after launch. I do not even have Feldrake as a grey item which others do. Double checked the connection, double check twitch and Bliz ends are ok and read the support article.
So used again today to check and has worked fine with me making no changes between the kite and today’s which all worked. Feldake says earned at Twitch I just never got it.
Is that precise enough?
This is the problem. Mounts are unique, and the Feldrake is soulbound. You can’t claim a second one.
I assume you put in a ticket, yes? If so, you’re right that you’ll just have to wait.
I haven’t recieved either The dragon kite pet or the Feldrake. I can screenshot that my twitch account says that i claimed both drops. It’s almost russian roulette for whomever does or doesn’t get the drops.
i put in several tickets and they were just deleted.
Today i was able to recieve the first Twitch drop (still need a bit more for the mount) we will see tomorrow i guess.
Still nothing has changed with my account and the Feldrake is the only drop that has been an issue. I even sent screenshots of the drake being claimed with my ticket, hope they dont just move on from this 
Just got mine delivered, hope other people in this thread are getting theirs as well.
I have successfully received the pets, including the new one, Cenarion Hatchling, but nothing about the mounts: Fel Drake and Swift Windsteed mount.
I sent a ticket, but there is no customer service, no information, no solution.
It’s very disappointing.

that’s a stupid response. I’ve gotten every drop except the feldrake. both drops from today came through with no trouble. think better.
