I got the Kite/Feldrake instantly, but both drops for me today did not come at all.
Meh.
I got the kite within a day or two, but still no Feldrake. Did everything right to get it, even got the pop up on Twitch. I hope this gets resolved soon, I really love how that mount looks.
Okay then this topic shouldnât even exist.
Blizzard should give those people a feldrake IMMEDIATELY RIGHT NOW TONIGHT and close this topic.
Holy shoot (rly Bliz?) I just got my feldrake. No idea if some GM is silently trolling the thread and looking into the things and fixing them where possible or what, but I just logged on and it was there. I had logged on a few hours ago and it was NOT there so this /just/ happened.
They did! I am in tears lol

I received it as well! Though Iâm still missing the Kite that I watched the hours but only claimed on the same day I claimed the Feldrake, a little after the kite drop ended.
Nope. It still hasnât shown up for me. 
As well as the hippogryph pet for today.
as per the support article, GMs canât award the items.
Note: Customer Service cannot grant Twitch drop rewards.

FOUND A SOLUTION.
I just pre-purchased diablo 4 and received the Amalgam of Rage mount and the Feldrake mount was also there to unwrap. Iâm assuming something about receiving the other mount triggered the Feldrake to appear too.
Not a great solution, but it worked for me

âŚitâs more likely that the fix went out at the same time you made your purchase⌠itâs unlikely that your purchase caused everyone elses drakes to appear 
(or if you ask the tantrum dude, it was their foot stomping which pushed the fix through) 
Not the solution lol but wouldnât put it past blizz lol, today they rolled out a fix or something cause everyone I know, including myself got their feldrakes, seems like it hit accounts around 10pm PST 12-9

Iâm not 100% sure but yesterday I did the new twitch drops, maybe something activated for the fel drake since it was sitting claimed and I didnât get it before?
I hope it starts rolling in for those who have yet to get theirs

I got mine today as well. I almost cried. I have been chasing this mount for 10 years. Thank you blizz I hope others get theirs as well.

Just got mine as well after almost 2 weeks the Feldrake has arrived!!! Was really about to give up lol⌠glad it seems like everyone is getting it!

Great to see you all got your Drakes. My Dragon Kite pet didnât arrive with the Feldrake however it did come later at the exact second I claimed the new twitch drop pet. Then both the Kite and the new pet were added to my collection. The steed seems to be taking a while to come though, I claimed it a while ago but didnât receive it yet. I assume it will come soon as it did take a while for other people too.
I know, the customer service does not always help with everything, often is inefficient. I already have all the drops in my inventory. I found them this morning
