I havent received the feldrake either. A bot “resolved” my ticket but didnt do anything. Can i have my feldrake please lol

Same problem here… I contacted twitch support and they couldnt do nothing for me. Contacted blizzard support and a bot ‘‘resolved my problem’’ sending me here and closed my ticket… Very disappointing

Same issue, ive received the dragon kite and the pet for gifting 2 subs but no the feldrake, just put in my ticket in hopes it gets resolved. I hope they don’t just auto-close mine like everyone else’s. A little bit frustrating they are auto-closing the tickets though since maybe talking to the players would help them find the common issue.

Just adding my voice to the crowd. No issues claiming the kite, but I have yet to receive the feldrake, despite it showing claimed on Twitch. My husband received his instantly. I’ve double and triple checked to make certain I wasn’t somehow missing it or doing something wrong. No dice. Game doesn’t even register it as a possible mount when I search for it, either.

Hi, im having the exact same problem. It’s being like a 4 days by now and the mount is missing, i have my account linked properly and i had check out everything but the mount didn’t come at all

I am also missing my feldrake after claiming it. been just shy of 4 days at the time of posting.

Same issue here. Its been over 4 days. Even contacted Twitch and they said I should have it. Opened a ticket got a generic response and they closed the ticket.

I also have not received my Feldrake. I completed the requirements 4 days ago and claimed the Twitch drop and my battle.net account is linked. No mount showing up to unwrap in mounts tab.
I also did not receive my feldrake. The mount will apparently expire in 3 days and blizzard support seems completely uninterested in fixing this situation.

I connected my Twitch to Battlenet, watched 4 hours of a streamer on Monday, claimed the reward, and did not receive the Feldrake in game either. I was one of the first people in my guild to claim it, while others after me claimed it and received it instantly. Pretty annoying Blizzard.

Claimed 4 days ago, still no gift in my collection tab. Had no issues receiving the dragon kite. Hoping they don’t auto-cancel my second support ticket as well.
Same boat - linked, claimed and no fel drake.

No drake for me either. Twitch says its been claimed and i have recieved the previous 2 drops.
