Also didnt receive it, got the kite and ow2 items instantly… Not sure why this one is getting lost for some of us. Hopefully they are aware and doing something to fix, maybe a blue post to let us know blizz is aware :slight_smile: ?

Same issue here. Hit claim exactly 4 hours in on monday and haven’t received yet. Kite a few weeks ago was instant as well as the 2 gifted subs pet was instant.

Same issue. Claimed Monday evening, nothing yet. Pet and Kite were no problem.

Wife is in the same boat.

Received Dragon Kite no problem, but has claimed it on Twitch but not received in-game. Having her put a ticket in, but from the sheer volume of posts I see about the same thing, my guess is Blizzard is overwhelmed at the moment.

Same issue here.

Its odd that it seems to work so well for some folks and just not at all for other.

On the brighter side I’ve heard that for some folks it took up to a week to get their kite to show up in game so maybe its all just really delayed.

Hopefully the mount does eventually show up in game because it would be a disappointment to miss out on a mount just due to annoying technical issues on the blizz/twitch side

Same here. I, too, tried to submit a ticket, but it won’t let me…says “An error occurred.” So yeah, will be incredibly frustrating if we miss out on it just because Blizzard’s technical ineptitude.

2 days here also. Still no Feldrake. Has a blue even acknowledged this issue? Seems to be very widespread.

Nope they just give some standard troubleshooting steps on the support page.

It’s a known issue per Blizzard CS on twitter. They are looking into it and working on a fix.

If it hasn’t been mentioned in this thread yet:

For everyone who didn’t get it, I would suggest you quickly make a brand new Twitch account, disconnect your old one from your WoW account (and your WoW account from your old Twitch after), and connect the new Twitch account. Watch four hours, maybe wait an hour after it comes through, then claim it!! It worked and I’m so relieved!! But there’s not much time left to do it!

The 7 day cooldown DOES NOT APPLY if your previous Twitch account had already been connected for longer than 7 days! You will be able to connect to the new one successfully! You can’t do this if your old one wasn’t connected for 7 days though, I think.

Same I got the Kite like a week or 2 ago… the Feldrake i Claimed it on twitch but it’s been like 3 days now and still no mount in game.

I open a ticket in game… and they send me a bunch of links which none of them help whatsover with the problem… and mark my ticket as resolved.

This is disgusting… the launch was a disaster, and now this it’s like this company is actively trying to get rid of their customers.

I already unsub… until they fix this I’m not giving them any more money

I too am having the same issue. I got the dragon kite pet no problem. The feldrake says I claimed it 3 days ago and still nothing. My friend, who I told about it, links it all up after the fact and has received his already. I’m just worried it’s lost in transit or something. Please help!!

Exact same issue here. I got Ichabod and the Kite instantly. I even bought the twitch subs on the 29th a day after launch. So I know I should have received the mount.
