Then atleast write them as women, and not some weird facsimile in full plate armor shouting like a man. Everything wrong with the current developers narrative design philosophy can be seen in the new character starting zone. It’s insane.

They also didn’t do side quests because the general women showed off her feminine side for her family and laments how she can’t be herself as much because of the situation they are in.

Yea, the many crusader women generals we can look to for inspiration. The character design of general steelstrike is atrocious.
If the modern team was in charge of making scarlet monastery that’s what Whitemane would look like, and Mograine would be wearing a dress.

I think maybe people don’t know as much as the lore in this game as they pretend to, and then try to criticize the story and be like “this isn’t like my old WoW lore!”, but it is, they just weren’t paying attention lol.

Really seems that. So many people asking why the kirin Tor are holding dangerous artifacts. Like…they kinda forgot they also held demons, void beings, warlocks etc. The whole city is a vault of magical artifacts and beings, both safe and unsafe.
Also OP asking why the kirin Tor are policing magic and are afraid of such. They just shows me they didn’t do the legion class hall or paid attention. Majority of it was policing and getting dangerous magic to lock up.

Then what’s the point of the kirin tor? That was what I felt at the end of it. Magic in itself is a risky thing to handle lol. What is the point if you’re not going to help anybody with it?
We are fighting the void… like seriously we could use some of that arcane magic to help us thru this.
I get it that they are sad that dalaran blew up but it’s also… that’s happened to everybody in wow. They should be up in arms ready to take payback on Xal, the murderer of their home and friends.
Instead some of our most powerful npcs have decided to retire. Lol

Just seems they’re going to make a new organization with new rules. Stop being such hard cases on magic but they need time to regroup and reorganized into the first galactic empire. For a safe and secure empire.
I feel like this video does a good job of summarizing why the Kirin Tor has struggled in the past and might wanna take a different route going forward

Herein lies the issue with this worldview. Anybody with eyes and a brain knows men and women are different. Anybody who raises kids knows that fact. Only through religious thinking is that overwritten.
And when writers worldviews are so detached from reality, a good story will never be written.
