I’m sure you “woke” people don’t care but…

You can tell the pro Blizz arguments have the same mindset. “I never had a problem on layer 12 of Torghast, so it’s impossible that you had a problem.”

It’s suddenly all coming together. lol

If she was harassed by the same one who leaked or should I say passed around her nude pics around then of course it would probably bully her into suicide.

So pretty much what you are saying is you think suicide is a joke because you don’t believe she actually did it.

That is hilarious.

Ever sell land right before filing a bankruptcy, lol ?
yeah, it happens. And they WILL go back and take that land if necessary.
I believe here in my state they can go back something like a few years and look for you moving stuff around before filing.

This wasnt news to actibliz. It is news to me, but not to them. THeyve known this was coming.
So they get a woman into position who will speak out in their favor right before it blows wide open.

lol.
the disgusting part is she knows it was going on and is going along with it.
But as I said…they clearly added her to the team thinking it would to to me what its obviously doing to you…
It isnt.
A lot of us can see the motivation in hiring her and putting her in the spotlight right as a case about sexual harassment against women is made public.

Exactly. She could have left the whole “I was never sexually harassed…” out and her statement would have sounded just like a pollical attack dog, which is expected.

Her statement sounded more like a just some dense chick that believes Sexual Harassment doesn’t happen, therefor all women are liars because I’ve never had it happen to me.

This is a wild assumption, and you’re assuming someones motives on a separate topic because you don’t have a great point to make about this one.

Yeah, I just can’t stop laughin…

:unamused:

IF it happened that way and it sure sounds probable given the whole scope of accusations here…that should be a criminal case against that individual.

While I understand what you mean, there’s only so many times you can hear the defense say “this isn’t who we are now” until you realize all they will do is deny deny deny and really have nothing to say.

But it isn’t the same process and that’s exactly what I’m explaining to you. Due to the weight of the allegation involved in a simple restraining order there is no overwhelming need to scrutinize a restraining order filing. But when it comes to civil and criminal cases, the ramifications are so that there is a process of scrutinizing the validity of the filing to protect the defendant from undue burden of unwarranted filings.

I’m sorry if you can’t understand the legal difference between a restraining order and a civil or criminal filing but that’s just how it is. Try to file a civil or criminal case against a friend to test this. Make something up and provide little to no evidence and see if the court clerk files it.

I honestly thought you were from Australia. I always read your comments with an Australian accent… well, that’s not changing.

Its pretty disturbing that some are more concerned for a video game than they are for women who were harassed, groped, possibly assaulted.
Can definitely see where priorities lie.

Well of course. My point was only that we do have to listen up to the point of redundancy. Once redundancy becomes the practice then yes obviously we can move on.

Now I’ll be doing that all day.
It’ll keep the wife confused, so thats good

I Get you, but to be fair, it’s going to be the prosecution that needs to do the examining of the defenses case. Publicly, the defense isn’t going to giving us anything other than lipservice.

Of course. I was keeping in context of legal proceedings and not giving in to the ridiculous court of public opinion.

and what that poster is conveniently leaving out is you still have to convince someone that you ARE being threatened and in danger.
I cant just go downtown and ''HEY…Id like to get a restraining order because Im feeling threatened today" lmao.

Only on staff? Shes an Executive she has the power to fire you if you look at her funny.

No I literally do actually. Because he quite literally doesn’t believe what information is in the lawsuit meaning he doesn’t believe that a women commited suicide, meaning a female employee lied about commiting suicide because everything allegedly happened.

Suicide is not something to lie about or joke about. That is my point. You just don’t allegedly do it. It’s either you did or you didn’t and everything in the lawsuit points to things that would lead a person to doing it.

That’s exactly what I explained. Even in a restraining order there has to be some semblance of circumstance. I can’t just file that I am afraid of this person otherwise the clerk will dismiss it on process.

The problem is, there are a ton of Women in America like this. They are so entrenched into believing men do no wrong, they really believe All women are making up claims of abuse, including Female children.

You have no idea how many of these women I have encountered through out the years.

I generalized it. Sorry, but you are correct. She is more than just ‘staff’.
