I’m sure you “woke” people don’t care but…

Also she’s a high level high powered executive, not a staff level GM or CS drone.

Except that your not… you have decided what is true and not off one side of the story. Therefore you do not have all the facts and evidence.

No, you’re right about that part, but I don’t see how the time thing matters. They might have chosen a female because of optics, which was probably smart, but just because she’s been there for four months, doesn’t mean she wouldn’t have appropriate intel.

Especially funny, because he wrote in another thread:

He must be one of the lousiest attorneys in the world. lol

Doesn’t matter what she did before, it matters what she said in her statement. At least to me.

It’s the same process. They made a claim, actiblizz got served. And now both sides will present there evidence. The only thing that has been put out by either side is “we claim this is what happened” and the other side saying “its false.” And all you “woke” individuals are having knee jerk reactions when in truth you have no clue.

lol…even if this were actually the case, so what?
Youre talking keeping a distance from you…NOT coming in for millions in settlements lmao
In THIS kind of case where there are punishments involved…sorry, you cant just go down and make bogus claims and the court go along with it.

On the other hand dozens of former and current employees say it is correct.

Which also shouldn’t matter.

  1. She’s going to give an official Blizzard PR statement, that much is obvious.
  2. She’s going to be going off of the same intel that anyone else would have.

You think prior to her 4 months with the company, while she had other unrelated jobs, she was studying up on how non harassy Blizzard was so she would be able to adequately act as an authority on this matter? Just trying to understand.

So we should listen to the side of the corporate executive that probably has no idea about anything going on and publishes something likely a lawyer gave her? Sound advice.

Maybe he is, maybe he isn’t. I would have left his office after initial consultation to seek far more competent representation if he addressed my legal matter the way he addressed this.

lmao…still missing the part where its MULTIPLE accusers, many of whom arent even included in the filing who seem quite willing to sit on a stand if it were to come down to it.
And CURRENT employees who OBVIOUSLY know it was going on standing in support of the victims.
Sorry guy…the evidence is conclusive.

It’s common knowledge that “facts” and “reality” have a liberal bias.

In her statement she said She was never sexually harassed; therefor the charges for Sexual harassment are false.

Just because you don’t get harassed doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist or it hasn’t happened.

oh lmao it’s that guy

Actually yes we should listen. This is how we deliberate. We listen in order to understand how to logically and legally tear down their defense rather than resting our case on our own evidence.

This statement somehow makes it worse for me. A 59-year-old woman downplaying the allegations from a time in the company when she wasn’t even there. I would not feel comfortable being a female Blizzard employee at this point.

Yeah cause no one has ever made false claims of rape right. Never in the history of criminal justice has anyone ever gone to prison and then later found to be innocent right?

My grandfather was never shot during his time in Korea, therefore no one was killed during the Korean War.
