That is such BS. Are you insinuating that all of state lawsuits are 100% factual and never wrong and that there should be no questioning it? There are just as many people under pressure by AG’s and government to file “something” and throw anything they can at it and then see what sticks. It’s so obvious on this case too. Nothing will hold up once motions begins. Nothing.

Nah-- Chick was only on staff with Blizzard for like maybe 4-6 months and suddenly she’s an expert on the company because She was “Never sexually harassed…” So the sexual harassment never happened.

CA wouldnt have even brought the case if they knew they had no evidence or it wasnt believable.
I dont go along with all the #metoo witchhunts…but there IS a GOOD reason for the movement to have started. Same with BLM. LOTS of people have been abused by whatever system they are complaining about.
NO ONE…literally NO ONE HERE…is naive and uneducated enough to believe that EVERY single accusation is a lie.

Never said that at all, I only stated that there is a filing procedure to protect against frivolous suits being filed. If the case did not merit filing it would have been denied and we’d never have heard of it in the first place.
You cannot just file whatever you want and hope it sticks. Call BS all you want, ignorance of the issue doesn’t make you any less wrong.

The only surprise I think was hearing that Actibliz didnt immediately settle as quickly as possible to get this buried deep fast.
Love how this guy is an arm chair expert but doesn’t even understand the filing process. Obviously this is why you are posting here in the forums instead of representing defendants in litigation.

You clearly don’t understand how lawsuits work. They purposely throw anything and everything at the company, even based on just one person saying it. And it is up to the company to prove it didn’t happen. That’s the tragedy. 10 years later someone can claim whatever they want and it MUST be filed even if there is zero evidence other than one persons claim.
