You clearly don’t understand how lawsuits work. They purposely throw anything and everything at the company, even based on just one person saying it. And it is up to the company to prove it didn’t happen. That’s the tragedy. 10 years later someone can claim whatever they want and it MUST be filed even if there is zero evidence other than one persons claim.

No. I am saying that anyone can make any claim and therefore the state MUST file even without proper evidence other than a person saying it happened. And because of that reason I don’t believe either side. I just don’t. I’ll let it play out like it should before passing judgement on either side.

Incorrect. I could go down to the a court house grab paperwork for an ex-parte (restraining order) make claims how you are stalking me, harass me, threaten me blah blah blah. And even though thia is not true the courts would grant it and you would be served. All that has happened has been some paperwork was filed claiming some people did some serious stuff and they are going to allow the prosecuting office to present evidence.

Restraining orders are not on the same level as civil and criminal action filings. And even with a restraining order you must show circumstance. Civil and criminal filings are held to a higher level of scrutiny due to the implications of the filing. Restraining orders are not.
