It 100% is. The guy is believing one of the corporate top people that’s been there for 4 months over a 2 year investigation with so many slimy things attached to it.
And they’re being rational 
Apparently you are not familiar with Fran Townsend nor have you read her rebuttal to the charges. Please try to be informed and then use that information as the proper context or framing of my statement.

Oh sweetie. Does this usually work out for you? Deflecting to personal insults and accusations of bias when you’re losing an argument, or don’t have one to begin with? I mean, for someone who’s weirdly fixated on making no assumptions, it seems like you’re just full to the brim with them, doesn’t it?
I’m sure this kind of thing makes you the big man in your group of friends as you - out of earshot of any women of course - talk about the feeeeee-males and how silly they are, but just because you’re willing to dismiss what an entire gender says out of hand doesn’t mean that everyone’s like that, Captain Projection.
I know tons of awesome men. Literal piles. My son? Amazing. My male friends in the game? Fantastic. My male co-workers? For the most part, really intelligent, thoughtful guys. That Drygo person seems like a cool dude, not that I even know if they’re a dude. Even inside Blizzard, there are men like Steve Danauser and Celestalon and Jeremy Feasel who are standing up for the right things.
You can’t hold a candle to any of them.

Because back in my day they taught touch-typing in school. It takes me a few seconds to bang out multiple paragraphs, and I am nothing if not possessed of many opinions. That’s not true. Although it is probably true in this case that without sufficient evidence, or at least what they believe to be sufficient evidence, the plantiff wouldn’t be filing a case in the first place.

I have read the full complaint against Activision Blizzard and many of the other stories. It is all very disturbing and difficult to read. I am ashamed. It feels like everything I thought I stood for has been washed away. What’s worse but even more important, real people have been harmed, and some women had terrible experiences.

This is the dumbest argument I’ve ever heard, and I’m sad to say I hear it a lot. This is like going to a benefit for cancer research, proclaiming that heart disease and hypertension are just as bad, and complaining that they’re not being funded then and there at that event. You’re not wrong when you say that sexism is a widespread problem, but you still sound like a complete idiot who is attempting to derail an important conversation that should be taking place in context of current events. There’s a time and place for everything, and this isn’t really the time or place to be discussing discrimination against men.
For her total 4 months of working for Blizzard she was never sexually harassed. So I guess that means it doesn’t happen.

California is bad. How do you get video evidence of someone in office harassing other people in Cali? Oh wait you cant because of a dumb 2 party consent law so the person doing the harassing would have to give consent to be video taped doing the harassment. Yeah, thats a thing. So dont act like California is this bastion of righteousness and believability. Its a cesspool, literally.

I am really not sure what’s currently going on but it is immensely wise to lack at the situation from most perspectives.
Instead of finding goats to put on the scape, California should look to the roots of the growing homeless crisis that’s occurring there. Things occurring in California is not of my concern since I do not reside there.
I quite aware the Housing cost inflation is ridiculous, you could buy a luxurious five star modern condo in the beautiful city of Accra for the same price of an Average single family house in Los Angeles.
