How long do you expect them to continually sit in an empty spot like menethil harbor doing nothing, before they bore and go back to COD.
Faction imbalance isn’t necessary for PvP. Balanced PvP servers can exist.
Or if you do, go horde for that ez life.
I just don’t understand the nonstop parrot answers people give every day on these forums. Instead of seeking some sort of solution to the issue they just spam “PvP happened on a PvP server” and “reroll to pve” every thread they go to. This is not a solution nor will it ever be. Using the most basic reasoning and minimal brain power one can conclude if every alliance rerolls because they are outnumbered that the server would DIE. There is only so much pve content in this game and eventually you hit a dead end where you need to pvp until new pve content hits the stage. If the entire alliance populace rerolled then there is no one left for you to pvp with, world Pvp is dead and so is the concept of PvP server. Sound familiar? Of course it does this is what happened to modern wow and world PvP is still dead even when blizzard forced war mode on us. Just keep spamming your pointless “roll pve” and I’ll see you here complaining a month from now. Have fun in BGs!

Unless the q is insanely long it will fix this. BGs are way better honor than sitting around BRM. On top of that, BRM is not anywhere near a BG master so if you q up for a bg (solo of course), it will take you a while to get down to BRM. It will 100% be a lot better. Any q time less than 20 mins and I think you will pretty much see the BRM camping completely done.
Uuuhh… What? This has absolutely nothing to do with it being a pvp server. On his server, one faction has no challenge, and one has an impossible challenge. This is an issue with faction balance.
How could it be anything else? Do you not think balanced PvP servers can exist or something?
Blizzard is just too stupid to not repeat the same mistakes twice in a row. I guess they are really hell bent on this #nochanges thing like not changing their stupid ideas of doing absolutely nothing and letting pvp servers die. Why the hell faction population caps weren’t implemented from day 1 is a mystery to me. Blizzard would rather every pvp server die and tons of alliance players unsub than to hurt the feelings of a few players butt hurt they can’t roll on a server because it’s capped out. Instead they say oh well just keep joining nonstop until massive ques and imbalance take over as we sip our margaritas in Spain, highfiving eachother that we got everyone to pay money for old content without any effort from us whatsoever to produce/help with anything ever. It’s really funny because there are horde crying that they get farmed at BRM all day.
Nothing about this is vanilla PvP realm experience and the years of knowledge are Private servers that teach you how modern mindsets would transfer to Classic. This is something most people weren’t equipped to deal with using Retail or Vanilla experience alone.

You might want to check your facts about such things - I actually thought the majority of people knew where the Oceanic server is located.
Which is in Sydney, NSW, Australia, about an hour and half drive from me. It has existed since 2014. Thus someone like me plays with home/world ms of about 9 each. Were we to play on a US server the minimum we could expect for world ms would be if we chose a west coast server, and we’d get about 180ms, going up towards 300 for east coast.

Funny, there’s an alliance guild who takes it over at least once a day.
Other than that, I can confirm that Horde is largely dominant on Arugal.

Probably because they think it’s PvE time. Full faction of PvE on a PvP realm. Group up, fight back, that’s the phase 2 content.
You knew capacities would be much larger than vanilla servers and Blizzard stated as such. You can adapt or quit, that goes for all you whiners too. I honestly hope nothing changes when BGs are released, the whining will be epic.

I really have the feeling Arugal is much more balanced these days.
We pvp every night with an alliance group. We sweep BRM, Dire Maul and only ever really wipe in EPL (yet sometimes we clean it out as well). We have loads of fun, so feel free to hit us up and get even with your tormentors. Whining in IF won’t get you anywhere.

Retail is filled with raid loggers/2 hour weekly andys, why did you think Classic would be different in 2019?
