forcing players into it.
They should be careful not to drive-out
solo-oriented/semi-casuals, of which there are MANY!

M+? What are you on about? Last I checked you can get Mythic ilvl from M+. Hell you can get gear progression AND cosmetics in M+
As for AP Grinds that was something that everyone was sick of. So much so that it became a meme in interviews with Ion. And titanforging removal fell under the same line with people en mass (Not just Mythic Raiders) who didnât like it.
Youâre perspective is biased. That happens when you live in an echo chamber.
Says the guy who basically has no perspective because it doesnât seem he even plays the game to begin with.
Donât try to pretend Titanforging was a thing only Mythic raiders complained about. There was basically almost none in Mythic raiding since Mythic raiding loot was so close to the Titanforging cap anyhow.
I unironically liked Titanforging. The real issue with it was that it was possible to pull mythic quality gear out of significantly lower content, thus undermining the interest of a lot of people to attempt the higher difficulty content. Why would you try and kill Mythic Azshara when you could just pull a 455 Font out of Normal?

I thought Blizz was after chedda? You get ppl who push for aotc/KSM and dip out for a season or two. They ainât keeping the lights on.
Keep the players who enjoy the world and other things vs the three pillars.
Not a smart business move to deny us from the few ppl who seem to put their whole self worth into this game.
Okay. If thatâs true lets double back on what you said. You said Mythic Raiders pushed for gear progression to be removed from M+ because they felt like they were being forced to do it. Iâd like for you to explain how gear progression was removed from M+
why would you continue to play if your progression options are limited to ⊠do content you donât enjoy. Titan-forging at least gave purpose to rerunning things.
Probably why they brought back âforgingâ for flight.

Everybody is biased and people who pretend theyâre not are full of it.
No one is forcing you into anything lol.
To expect to be able to get the same gear from walking around doing quests as people who put the time and effort in to killing high end content is ludicrous.
You arenât forced into grouping, raiding or doing mythic+, in the same way youâre not forced to get a job in the real worldâŠbut donât expect to get paid like a CEO if youâre working 8 hours per week on a side hustle.
Even Mythic raiders donât get unlimited progression. No one does. Everyone caps out.
If you choose to cap out earlier, thatâs on you, not the game.
