This is lvl60, not 70 as in the video. And values match. You can also see the 6-8 honor gained from kills in combatlog in a few of the screenshots.

The problem with Blizzard is they are infatuated with their Retail logic of blanket nerfs/fixes. When they nerf or buff something it’s everything by factors of 10, 20 or 30%. Nerf here 10% buff there 20%. Tanks take 10% less in Dungeons but 50% more in PvP. Without a care about balance or gameplay with these blanket fixes.
Old Blizzard cared, if something was off by 1.25 they would fix it. Activison just does 10 times because they don’t look at the math, they eye ball it and make a swift uncalculated decision.

Blizzard please fix this now before you ruin pre patch anymore. I’ve noticed over 50% of player base logged out last night after change.
Why screw the game before it even launches?

+1 for the findings. To spend 15minutes queing for a BG pop, only to spend 15-20mins finishing Arathi Basin for 200 honor IF if you win is nothing short of demoralizing.
These changes need to be reverted. Its 2 weeks of pre-patch…

Thanks for digging this up. Further we had a 42 day pre-patch cycle compared to 13 days presently, which changes the context of the gains significantly.

Blizzard will investigate this post and find nothing wrong.
Then they will go 1 layer deeper and do a second investigation, only to get confused.
Then they will call up one of the OG devs working for a competing company and ask for off the books advice.
Then 2 weeks from that conversation a fix will be implemen- oh wait.

This just supports the idea that blizzard has some intern working on this, how in the world do you push through a x10 nerf without actually looking into it first.
Blizzard has been an absolute joke of a company for years, but these last few weeks… there’s no excuse

Yes but during prepatch I believe we were getting what we were getting prior to the nerf. At some point they thought the afk/Zerg was a problem so they shifted the honor to kills.

Bruh, an entire community literally loathes you, you made the next 2 weeks pointless. You single handedly killed most of the prepatch hype. You halfway did your research and broke the game. WE USED TO GET A LOT MORE HONOR FROM HKS. Absolute dosser!

Blizzard is completely out of touch with actual WoW classic players. I’ve un-subbed 4/5 of my accounts, I am going to un-sub my last one tomorrow.
