My conspiracy is this was all intentionally done to deceive players, sell boosts, and slow TBC leveling for those who boosted.
I was going to buy the deluxe pack for my partner and I and duo PVP some fresh boosted toons this weekend, but now we have both unsubbed and will not be buying the deluxe edition.

Not sure if this has been pointed out yet in the thread, but I think one of the big reasons why we aren’t getting a lot of honor from HKs is everyone is being treated as a “Private” hk. I killed a Knight mage, but only got 14 honor and it said HK: Private.

I would bet my money that the ‘honor fix’ is here to stay. They’ll fix it weeks into TBC and bump it up by a measure of 1x. What an absolute disaster this has been.
I played private servers with better and more attentive admins and devs.
