They don’t like money and their behavior is evident of this. They sit in Twitter all day and refuse to acknowledge the posts of their customers. The constant disconnects we’re going on since the 15th of November and there were not one not two but three forum threads open on the same issue and zero responses and they had the audacity to go on Twitter claiming the issue was fixed. Fools all of them. After this expack gets old I’m out too. Gg blizzard you killed diablo and now you killed wow.

for like an hour. If you play as long as you claim and survived the WoD launch, this should be nothing.

they remain in your ticket history until they’re archived.
the expansion launched on time.
your xp bar became active.
if you chose to sit on a dock and do nothing, that’s on you.
you’re clearly getting your moneys worth at this point.

So sitting in SW because both the boat and the portal to the NEW content zone didn’t work means delivery complete for you… gotcha!
look in customer services forum and technical support many people got the same problem where their ticket suddenly disapear… I wouldn’t say it disapear if it stays in my archived now would I… I ran out of way to explain it really. Maybe try google DISAPEAR?

The fact that your xp bar began to exist again, means that the content was live.
If you’ve played as long as you’re pretending you have, you’d know that it’s fairly standard for issues to happen on release day.
Just because your expectations weren’t met, doesn’t mean the product was willfully withheld from you.
i did a search in CS and tech support, and the most recent result i got from “ticket disappeared” was 2 years ago.
