I bought the pre-order of dragon flight and the 12 months sub few weeks ago.
After that BFA and Shadowland failure… Dragon flight is the first expansion ever that I litterally have no hype whatsover… Little did I know…
We all know what happened on launch day… the game was litterally not playable:
Log on my main… got world server down.
Log on my alt… couldn’t go to the new zone because the boat got hijacked and added to Bobby personnal Yatch collection
Open a thread in customer service to ask how to get a refund… got my thread closed without a single specification at how to do so… Finally got the information from another player on the forum.
I went in game and open a ticket to get a refund… after an hour or so… the ticket just got delete for no reason… so rinse and repeat a couple of time… same results.
I watched 4 hours of streaming on Twitch for the feldrake mount… claimed the item on twitch… but after 2 days… still no mount in game. So I open yet another ticket in game to ask about the issu…24 hours later i got an auto-reply with links to a bunch of useless threads that has nothing to do with it and marked my ticket as resolved…
So yea… I unsub.

what? how can you be 18 years old customer and only started to have no hype after shadowlands ROFL, took you all this long? was you even playing when you were subbing all this years?
I’ve started in 2005 and realized that this game is trash at cata and then i never had any hope since wod

I didnt get a refund though since the ticket just keep getting deleted by blizzard with no reply or anything
According to one of the community council you cant get a refund if you play the game for 2 hours… I think afk waiting for the boat in SW for hours count as playing time to them.

We’ll refund any unused World of Warcraft subscription within 14 days of the purchase.
We won’t refund subscription time lost due to a suspension and/or permanent account closure. For permanent account closures and suspensions longer than 15 days, we will cancel upcoming recurring subscriptions.
I just mean, you’ve paid for it, and even if you unsub, you can still come back for 12 months. Seems like you’ve already supported them, you may as well play something.

For some (mostly the big mega-servers we always tell people this will happen on, but nobody ever listens to those warnings). Apart from a couple disconnects, my friends and I had no issues hitting max level on opening day.
