If a person is using a language fluently, it means they can easily understand others and be understood themselves; if a person is using a language affluently, it means they’re using vernacular that identifies them as being a member of the social elite.
When I said many of the Ogres speak more affluently than the Mok’nothal, the intent was to highlight that many of them were a part of the social elite of Draenor.
which means ogres can use his model, since he look almost like an ogre, you know they can edit something right? just put a horn on Rexxar and he will look like an ogre from the WC3 Reforged, the ones with the update model.
which is the same thing if they did an allied race, no problem at all, rep is not a big of deal that you reather not have the race playable just because you don’t want do it.
says who? you know you are being suttuborn? most of the races got a huge improvement when ebcame playable, zandalari used night elf model and now they have a unique one.
nonsensical answer, half ogres look ogres, they can do it just fine, you are trying to make an issue when there is none.
that is not true anymore, it was retconed, Ogres are different, and its not issue since they can juse say a group have high intelligence like the ogres from goria.
Ogres are smaller than tauren and zandalari lorewise
Why would they use his model at all when full ogres already have their own model?
Also, you very clearly said almost meaning he doesn’t look like a full ogre so there you go.
No it’s not the same thing because Allied Races start at level 10 and you have to do a whole bunch of stuff to unlock them. And don’t try to say that I can’t do it because you can look through my achievements and see that I’ve unlocked all the Allied Races.
My point is that characters shouldn’t be gated behind reputation and then a paywall. Imagine if TBC had come out and you had to get exalted with the Aldor and Scryers to unlock Draenei and Blood Elves respectively.
Nah, you’re just being obtuse here. The Zanadalari still use a heavily modified Night Elf rig. They just recently gave the model it’s own dance animations e.t.c. as of BFA.
because his model look better and more polished? you know up to the current playable races? why the reason to use an old model instead of a very good new one?
this don’t mean they cannot tweak the model, you know, like they always do
not a big of a deal
right, and my point is i rather have a character behind a reputation than not have the character at all, cause the allied races are not that big of deal and they are even making easier now.
says the guy who think new races can’t get a update in their model, lmao.
Zandalari playable don’t use the old model from the isle of thunder, they use a new one, you thinking they can do the same with ogres, that they have to use the old one, is like saying they would need to use the old zandalari
and they didn’t
so, not the same old one, you played yourself
half ogres do look like ogres and rexxar look almost like an ogre
the only contract would be if i said they look the same, then said they don’t
Ogres already have an HD model that looks very good.
If you love Rexxar’s model and want it to be playable, then ask for half-ogres.
What does that have to do with him having his own separate model due to him being a half-breed?
Agree to disagree
And my point is that races shouldn’t be gated behind reputation + questlines.
If your biggest concern with core races is that they are more resource intensitve due to them having their own starting zones, that is also a non-issue because as I said they could have them just start at Exile’s Reach.
When did I say that? I said that if Ogres do become playable, they probably won’t base it on Rexxar’s model because he is a half-breed.
The Zandalari playable model is based on the Isle Of Thunder models they made.
See above.
Are you even reading what you typed?
You literally just said that half-ogres look like Ogres then said Rexxar looks almost like an Ogre.
