It doesn’t get as dark as it used to because it’s better for gameplay purposes (easier to see), but there is still a day-night cycle.
Is that required though? Yes I know both races can be long-lived, but in the case of Dreanei, we have seen children in-game, so that must mean they are still reproducing.
Night Elves might be a different story… which is something I’ve always wondered about. Have they completely stopped having children for some reason? If so, why?
human males are probably in their 40s or 50s
void elves are probably 1500 years old

Not so much stopped as just… didn’t do it as often, and twins were especially rare.
I’m like 250 maybe 300. it’s hard to tell because of that “great nap.”
Nobody seems to know when I fell asleep but it could be up to 25 years.

Ignoring the obvious issue that races can be young or old, it shouldn’t be all that difficult to calculate given Anduin. Since he’s a young adult and we knew him as a kid, it’s only been like 20ish years worth of time.
Edit - I also found it fitting to gray my hair over the expansions.

The Draenei quests in this game definitely give me the impression that a player character Draenei is intended to be much younger. Someone who wasn’t born to see Argus.
On the Draenei children side of things: try not to think too much about how Draenei population numbers work if they live tens of thousands of years but have human-like birth rates and adolescence times. Otherwise, you’ll start wondering where all the millions of Draenei are.
