Well, I think we can guess that for the 6 core races (the Vanilla to Cata races) and pandaren at least, regardless of when you actually made them, were probably born roughly 20 or so years ago, since most of the core races are only just starting out on their journey. Granted, I don’t know the exact aging rate of each race, so I might be lowballing some of them
As for the allied races, some of them can follow that same train of thought, like the Dark Irons or Zandalari, but others like the Nightborne or the Dracthyr are more unclear.
Chronologically, this character is still mid-20s. But that’s because the original Horde force-aged children into adulthood, so I skipped childhood and youth to become an adult Warsong scout. Most of those 20-something years of life were the 20 years of WoW.
OTOH, my Forsaken Priest alt would be ancient, since he was already an old-ish parish priest in Tirisfal Glades when he was Scourged.
I’ve always rolled with our characters being young adults, minimum being recruitment age, when we first rolled them in which ever expac you started playing. Older for Hero Classes since we had a life beforehand.
This actually makes sense as most would die young so they’d be starting out young as well.
Orcs and humans both would be considered old by age 35, 40 they’d be considered veteran and anything older than that would be considered ancient because of the war culture.
Humans have a slightly better chance at living longer than any orc does, though but now things have changed so Idk if orcs will become longer lived now.
Would be good if they did.
